I love this place! They have the most wonderful pastas, soups, salads and breadsticks. They are Italian food and are just delicious. I have always recieved great service at this location. I love it when they have their specials! Sometimes during special times they have all you can eat pasta bowl or all you can eat lunch soup and salads. When they have these specials they are great deals! Sometimes there is a wait to be seated since they are pretty popular. Restaurant is always nice and clean.

Excellent food along with friendly service. The restraunt has a good atmospher to it. The waiters were all we'll mannered each time I have visited and appeared to really enjoy their job. I particularly enjoy their Brocolli con Garlic Chicken on Angle Hair paste.

I've heard many times that Olive Garden doesn't serve authentic Italian food. Who cares! The dishes are still yummy. I was dining with my friend once and she recommended ordering the chicken alfredo. I thought 'geez, that sounds so simple' and ordered another dish that sounds more exotic. Her chicken alredo came out and I was given a bite. Wow! These stuff are made from scratch, they don't taste like the ones you get from fazoli's or other american restaurants that serve some italian dishes. Also, the soup with sausage is so good there, I recommend trying it out in replace of the salad they serve.

the breadksticks and salad are a good start of they give u a good apetite for your food. they have allot of nice enthusatic waiters that check up on you to make sure your food is to perfection.
Pros: good service good food
Cons: long waits a lil overpriced

I always have a great time at this restaurant. The food is great and the staff is amazing. They always strike up great conversations.
Pros: atmosphere, friendly, great food
Cons: a little busy, parking is tight

Food is average at best, italian only in that they have pasta and wine. Dumbed down and sanitized for our safety, I guess. The waitress hovered to the point of being a nuisance--maybe I should have gone when they were busier. The wheels on the chairs scream "Sun City". Really, there are many better choices out there for the same money.
Pros: location
Cons: mediocre food, pesky waitstaff, italian for dummies

Received a gift card for this place for the second year in a row. Again, very underwhelmed. Strangely, they pack the people in every night. The wheels on the bottoms of the chairs scream "Sun City". Wine was actually decent, food was below par. Safe, pseudo-italian food for the undiscerning masses. Waitress was an annoyance: "Have you eaten with us before?", as if I was in for some delightful adventure, then intruded way too many times to check in. My advice: head for the Roman Table on 7th Ave for similar prices and a wonderful, genuine italian dining experience.
Cons: Hovering waitress, mediocre food, cafeteria atmosphere

Being Italian this is the best to my own cooking. The service is always excellent. The cost is very affordable.
Pros: Reasonably priced, Excellent food, Excellent service

Went there to eat with an aunt and uncle. First time and last time. Food had no taste, we had 3 different platters. It was like they forgot to put in the seasonings. I'd choose Carraba's over Olive Garden if you want a chain restaurant. If you want a nice family owned place, I also enjoy Giordano's in Mesa, southeast corner of Dobson and Guadalupe.
Cons: Food had no taste

The fact that this made the Phoenix top 10 Italian restaurants has convinced me that the true natives of Phoenix have now been eclipsed by those from other places who have brought their cheap palates with them. Olive Garden is a sad excuse for Italian food. The reason people like it is because you can get unlimited salad and breadsticks. Ooo! The excitement.
I remember going into one a short time ago and wanting a glass of wine. Upon tasting it, I said to the waiter that it was extremely bitter. "Everyone says that," he said. "If you drink it really fast, it isn't so bad."
Bon Apetit.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Quality of food, Bitter wine
