Rainbow Guitars

I was visiting Tucson for a couple of days and went to Rainbow guitars to buy an Ultrasound Amplifier for my acoustic guitar. BEWARE: This and other items in the store have no price tags thus I was victim of a sales person who quoted $350 for an open-box amplifier and charged me $100.00 more, which I discovered after I received my credit card statement a month later. The sales person acknowledged making a mistake when I phoned the store but in a subsequent phone call he told me no mistake had been made and that my only option was to return the item for which I had to cover the shipping costs.

Rainbow Guitars has a great selection of instruments. I think the people are what set them apart. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. They will go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with your purchases.
