Awesome--the best cut and color ever! 5 Star Rating - World class

Ok, so I went to see the owner (whose name I thought was Jo-el, but it turns out to be just Joel). Anyway, I have been to all the top salons and seen mostly the owners. He was by far the most professional and thorough (especially with the consultation). He was on time, quick about it (in and out in 2 hours, including the 15 min consult). He didn't take any other clients while he was working on me either-- I hate it when they do that. He was down to earth, yet very knowledgeable. I have extremely difficult curly hair. He is the ONLY person who has ever cut and colored the right way since I moved here from Chicago. I got like three compliments from total strangers within an hour. I was watching the other stylists, too and their work seemed awesome, as well. There are a lot of straight guys working there and it seemed low drama. I highly recommend this place!

Pros: Front desk receptionist extremely helpful!
Cons: Next door to a loud, rowdy bar
