Two of the most important facets of my car buying experience were as follows: 1. The price I was quoted was the price that I paid. No haggling. No "bait and switch". Other dealerships I was consulting regarding the identical vehicle assured me that the price I was quoted would NOT be honored at the time of sale. It was! 2. The folks that I dealt with (Danny Corrales, Robert Sajdak) were exceptionally professional, courteous and patient. I changed my mind several times regarding my purchase with different vehicles/colors until my final choice. Didn't seem to bother them at all.

All the people that we met were very nice. Unlike other dealers, we were given a final price in about ten or fifteen minutes without any hassle. This was much different than the way we had been treated by two other dealers. This was a no hassle experience. Our salesman was Ken Jugan and I would recommend him to other people. He listened to what we needed.

Robert Goodkin was one of the main reasons why I kept coming back to Honda. Honda has a great reputation when it comes to cars, but it also wasn t in my price range. Having Robert as our sales associate made spending the extra money all worth while. He was extremely pleasant to deal with and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a car to go to Robert.

My wife and had the best car buying experience we have ever had buying our new CRV . Everybody that we dealt with on the Arrowhead Honda staff was very helpful and professional. The sales person was very thorough and is an exceptional sales person to deal with. We have been taking our 2005 Civic to Arrowhead Honda for service and they have also been doing a great job and this is service department that I have sent some of my friends to.

Working with Danny Corales was a great experience. Normally I enjoy going to a dealership as much as a visit to the dentist and view it as a necessary evil. But the experience was quite different this time around. Making initial contact via the internet was easy and Danny understood and valued my time which was greatly appreciated. We set parameters as to what I was looking for and I did not have to endure the negotiating tactics you normally find at a car dealership. Danny made the whole experience quick and painless. I received what I was looking for and am very happy with my new Accord. I would not hesitate to refer your dealership, and in particular Danny, to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Our salesman, Doug, was wonderful. He was very knowledgable about all things Honda. We had previously (about 2 years ago) had a very poor experience with this dealership and had no intentions to purchase anything from you--in fact, we only came in to look at the 2 two Honda's we were considering because you were near our home. We had intended to purchase the vehicle at a different Honda dealership. However, dealing with Doug changed our minds. He is a real asset to your organization! We recently had our new Element in to install some optional accessories and found your Service Department to be efficient and friendly, as well as prompt. We love the Element. Honda should keep making this nimble little SUV!

I had a great experience getting this car. I came in to service my 2009 honda, all I wanted was an oil change, which I do every 4 months or so. I always visit the showroom while I am waiting and this was the first time a salesperson approached me to ask how I was. He told me he could get me a great deal if I was interested, I doubted him but told him to try anyway. He was right!!!! What a wonderful ecperience I had at Arrowhead Honda. From the manager down everyone I encountered was great. I came into the dealership because of the wonderful service manager David Scott who always treated my late father Ernie Robins as a #1 customer and friend even as his health was failing. Then I ran across Mo and we connected instantly very understanding and took the time to show me more then he had to. I am sold on my CRV and will recommend Arrowhead to all my friends and family. What a wonderful experience!!!! Diane Robins PS I can't forget the credit manager who answered so many questions in a way I could understand the terms better.

Doug Telgenhoff was very thorough explaining things throughout the process. He was patient when responding to my questions which were sometimes repetitive. When I left the dealership in my new CR-V, I felt comfortable because Doug had taken the time to explain the various options and how they work. Rebecca Poole was nice enough to help me retrieve a personal item that I left in the vehicle I traded in and Doug also accompanied me to the same vehicle to recover a remote I failed to get out when I switched vehicles. I was very pleased with all the staff I came in contact with at the dealership. They were all pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I would be very comfortable recommending Arrowhead Honda to anyone in the market to purchase a vehicle. Thank you!!

I was given an internet price for a car and then when I went in it was BAIT & SWITCH time for me. There were all these fees which came in that they could not show me on any invoice ($500 for mud guards, $400 for tinted windows, $400 for laser ID, docking fee) . They refused to do any negotiations at all. It turns out they found out the car they had quoted a decent price on was the only one left in Arizona and there were other buyers interested. In my opinion they wanted to get me out of the deal so they did not negotiate so they could sell it for more.

EVERY time I take my CRV with less than 70,000 miles in for an oil change, something goes wrong with the car when I leave the lot... The car is always running fine when I take it in but then when I leave the thing is running like crap... If they aren't monkeying with my old car to get me into a new one or to drum up business for th e service shop in this economy then I am a monkey's uncle... when they recently suggested a repair and were told by my father that it HAD been done but in California the rep had a look on his face similar to the one a kid has one his face when caught up on the counter with his hand in the cookie jar... My gut tells me these guys are shadier than a cluster of oaks!

Employees are polite, but when it comes to extraordinary customer care it is not happening here. When I first started going to Arrowhead Honda, extraordinary customer care was evident. Now, it is just average customer service with polite employees. The employees are just doing the bare minimum. I have asked which specials are available when i go for service and the answer is none. Within the last year, the service just gets worse and worse and worse.

I think Arrowhead Honda is the most unprofessional, deceitful, inconsiderate, and most unorganized business that I have ever had to deal with. They lie constantly and sadly get away with it over and over again. For example,and this is just one of my multiple horrible experiences with them, I took my Honda Civic in for a normal tune up and over all check. When I left I was informed everything looked great and was told to call when I needed my next oil change. About a week later, my car started to make a funny noise so I took it in again. Not only was something wrong, Arrowhead Honda own mechanic stormed into the service department where I was standing along with the service advisors and other customers holding a part of my engine and asked quite loudly "who would let her leave with no brakes?!" I am pretty sure he didn't work there after that but he didn't seem to care. He was so upset that another one of the mechanics had overlooked the fact that my brakes were down to less than 10% and never informed me. The normal protocol was for them to inform their customers when the brakes were worn down to 25%. They obviously failed to inform me and the mechanic also stated that if I had to slam on my brakes I wouldn't have been able to stop. That to me is unforgivable. Even though they gave me free brakes along with a couple of other things I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the service provided by their staff.

I purchased my Civic hybrid from them approximately 5 years ago and with the exception of one occasion (will never take it to anyone but them again) always had my car serviced by them. I felt so confident in the level of service that I convinced my sister to get a CRV (which she was wanting anyway) from them. So far she is just as content as I am and although I plan to never sell my car, I do plan to have them continue to keep her ship shape.

I purchased my Civic hybrid from them approximately 5 years ago and with the exception of one occasion (will never take it to anyone but them again) always had my car serviced by them. I felt so confident in the level of service that I convinced my sister to get a CRV (which she was wanting anyway) from them. So far she is just as content as I am and although I plan to never sell my car, I do plan to have them continue to keep her ship shape.

I brought my car in for a small repair, then they ended up fixing several other things they may not have needed to fix, but they did it anyway. Then they charged me half of what the estimate said! The technician and manager were extremely helpful and professional. I would recomend anyone going here.

I got my Civic A/C fixed. I was told it was under warranty. When I went to get the car, the receipt showed $0 (I wasn't supposed to pay a thing). Three weeks later, I got a call from the dealership asking me to pay $50 as a warranty co-payment. I declined to pay. I reported them to the BBB then I got a call from a manager at the dealership stating that they were no longer asking for the money.

2) Today I got 2 calls on my cell phone from the dealership. I was unable to answer the phone during work. I checked later, there was no voice mail left. I called back to check. I was told that my numbers are not in the system (I've had my service done there for the last 4 years - I always get a call when the car is ready, now they are claiming my numbers not in the system!). After talking to 2 different customer service employees, I was told that they would be unable to track who made the call. The third employee (Chris) added insult to the injuiry by saying "do you think or feel that you are important that we called you twice". I went ahead and filed a complaint with Corporate Honda.

My advice is just to avoid this dealership, they are rude.

This place used to feel like a place I could trust. I was there to look at a car (last month) and my salesperson acted like a abused child who needed me to come inside and check with a manager. We left when a man named rob was rude. Never will go back!

I just purchased a used accord from Arrowhead. Process was not bad and did not take too long. After buying the car, I went home and got online, pulled up the dealer and noticed the same exact car that I bought FOR $1,762.00 LESS!

Salesperson was not too obnoxious for a car salesman, and we felt we left with an acceptable but not great deal in order to not be a drawn out process. Paperwork went relatively quickly. One annoyance was the typical push for a warranty program. Knew we didn't want it going in, but he still played the negotiating game of lower offers even though we weren't negotiating and honestly didn't want one.
