I don't know what the last lady was thinking when she wrote her comment about Royal but they are a great company! I have known them for years and have worked hand in hand on a number of projects with them. They are attentive, professional, and experts in the industry. I would recommend them to everyone for patio cover or patio room needs!

When making changes or additions to someone's home, it is very important to have high standards in both workmanship and customer service. This company has niether! Please do your homework before considering this contractor. It's a shame since the product is great, but the company they have chosen to represent them in Phoenix is way below par! Long wait with little communication, sloppy work, and then, suddenly big rush to get their money without making sure the final product was acceptable. On top of it all, very rude responses from most at this company when you try to get your windows fixed.
