Monterrey Tile had a great selection of tile, but I was most impressed with the color palette. Many unusual colors not usually available in other stores.
I was looking for tile to replace carpet in my house. Not only was I informed about different types of tile, I was shown all of the different grout & given expert advice in choosing it all. I even found a beautiful medallion for my entryway that adds quite a bit of pizazz to the front of my house, I would recommend them to anyone!
We visited Monterrey Tile to try to find a match to some travertine we had put in our front foyer that had been damaged. The staff was very helpful and even though I did not find my match, my Mother accompanied me and she found just the carpet she was looking for. After she had it installed, there was a flaw in the carpeting. Monterrey Tile stood behind the carpeting and it was all replaced at no cost.

I wish I would have had as good expereince as the other people on this board. I found Monterrey tile to be very dishonest. Bought some tile they called me 5 days later on the day the tile was to be delivered and said the price had doubled. Filed a BBB complaint and they won't even respond to it.\r

This place is one of the best around. They have friendly salespeople and their prices are fantastic. Monterrey is one of the only shops around that actually have exceptional customer service because the company's owner is directly involved in the business, I would shop here and nowhere else for tile.
