Property Sales and Management has done a great job managing my rental home. They have kept it occupied and have managed the tenants without any needed work on my end. We have purchased three homes and sold one home through Property Sales & Management. We have two homes rented and managed by them. The landlord experience is totally effortless for us because they take care of everything and just send us our check on time every month. I highly recommend them!!

In my search for a property management company for my Gilbert rental, I interviewed quite a few companies including http://www.desertwide.com and http://www.prsrentals.com. However, I quickly found that Property Sales & Management was the only company to quickly respond to my email inquiries. Additionally, I love how everything was included. There are no additional surcharges for advertising, and other incidentals. I have referred quite a few friends and family to Jason and http://www.jjrents.com and would recommend them highly!

I have been very pleased with the service and attention I have received from this organization. Since I live in California, it is so nice to be able to have the confidence knowing that my places in Arizona are being taken care of properly. After having a nightmare experience with a different management company, Property Sales & Management has proved to be very trustworthy and thorough. I especially like the fact that they perform background checks on tenants. If I had to write a complaint to this review, I wouldn't be able to think of one-- so far, I have nothing but good things to say about them.
