I am loving my bank experience so far!  4 Star Rating - Very good

I just started banking with B of A and so far I have loved my service at this banking center and and many others. The service is great and everyone is so friendly. Sometimes the lines can be long, but it's worth the wait to be treated like an individual. As well as great service at the bank, they also have great service when I call to check on my account or ask questions. They even have a great website that's easy to use. I definitely recommend using Bank of America for all banking needs.

PROS: Great service and friendly atmosphere.
CONS: Sometimes they have long lines.
