I'm glad that others have had good luck, but my experience ordering long-distance was terrible. In fact, it resulted in the only experience I've ever had with disputing a credit card charge.
The flowers they delivered to my mother for Mother's Day looked nothing like the photo on THEIR OWN website (not an FTD or Teleflora site, but on enchantedfloristaz.com). I didn't expect that they would look exactly alike, but I expected some similarity. Nothing was what I orderedthe kind of flowers (ordered an assortment of five or six different ones, got bushy roses only), the shape of the vase (ordered clear glass oval-shaped, got short stubby cube), the general color scheme (ordered three colors, got one color), the ribbon (ordered orange, got none), the butterfly adornment (which was the whole point. Mom loves butterflies, none were included). I also expected the flowers to be fresh. They were wilted when they arrived and dead the next day. If you'd like to see, email me at suzimacATmacDOTcom, and I'd be happy to share pictures. Customer service was more interested in whining about being busy (uh, yeah, you're a florist. You're going to be predictably busy at times) and making excuses than in making it right, or in admitting they'd screwed up. I had three different phone calls with two different people. Glad that others have had better experiences there, but I don't think I'll try again! Fortunately, there are plenty of other florists in Scottsdale.
