Bogeys Books

While exploring downtown, I saw this bookstore and decided to stop in. Interesting enough, they had so many books I havent seen in other bookstores before. I found out that this was an independent bookstore. Also, most of their books are used, but still in good conditions. Because its used, the prices for their books are great! If youre looking for a certain book that you cant find in the other bookstore, you can probably find it here!

Bogey's books is located in the heart of downtown Davis. It has both new and used books in stock. Bogey's is a decent little bookstore. The only gripe I have is that the used books aren't as inexpensive as they should be. It's hard to complain though, when its an independent store trying to stay open these days. Overall, it's a satisfactory place to pick up a used paperback while walking around downtown.

PROS: nice location, independent bookstore
CONS: used paperbacks not that cheap

This place carry so many different books and different style! A great place for a reader! This place has a very homey feel to it, and make you want to just sit down and enjoy yourself with one of their great reading books! The fact that this place is not a chain bookstore and they carry all the same books as border at the same price make it a gold mine! carry both new and used book, a great place to go and relax with a good book!

A mix of old and new books is to be found in Bogys, both best sellers, and unique hard to find items. Great comfy chairs and a nice atmosphere for browsing, there is even a cat running around sometimes. A good place to go for calanders at the beginning of the year, with a small kids book selection.
