food here has large portions. dining area is small but comfy. good family place to go. nothing fancy at all. prices are great! they have loco moco (hawaiian dish)! parking might be hard because it's right on geary. good neighborhood place. great for lunch.

Happy Chef is one of the popular places for Italian food. Their food is great! I recommend Chicken or Veal Parmigana. It's less than $6 during lunch. I heard the chef had cooked in another popular restaurant before. The place is very clean and the waitress is wonderfully nice.
