I go to The last Tangle for all my haircuts, and I bring my kids in, too. The shop is run by a brother and sister from Mexico, so there is a largley Latino clientelle, and from what I have seen, many regulars on a first name basis. The prices are reasonable (I usually pay under $20) and they really do good cuts. Plus you can get waxed, maincured, etc.
