Was here with a large group and got to try 4 pizzas & a couple of salads. Impressive offerings. We are from out of town, and wish we had a pizza restaurant of this caliber where we live! Also, it has a very nice ambiance.

Wonderful crust. Great service. We like that Pizza Mizza is philanthropic, too. They donate to Dog Animal Welfare Group (D.A.W.G.) and the Children's Oncology Group, dropping off pizzas for board meetings and such. It's nice to know Pizza

Pizza Mizza is my favorite pizza restaurant, ever!! The pizza is a more gourmet-like style, with thinner crust than Domino's, Pizza Hut or some of the other large chains. My favorite things on the menu are the Tangy BBQ Chicken Pizza (with no gouda cheese), Bacon, Basil & Tomato Pizza, Hearty Cobb Salad with Chili BBQ Ranch dressing (add avocado, replace lettuce with iceberg lettuce, and substitute the Ranch). Remember to ask for extra ranch & BBQ!

My favorite place in Santa Barbara. Normally I don't get to eat out with our kids that often. It is too difficult to find something they will like and be entertained enough to not break down 20 mins in. However, there is a hidden little gem in La Cumbre plaza that is perfect for the kids and my wife and I. They have a great menu and beer and wine along with kids movies, etc. going on for the kids. It's to the point that when I ask them where they want to go, they both yell "Pizza Mizza" at the top of their lungs. Word to the wise, try making a reservation as they can get pretty packed especially on thurs, fri, sat nights. Try it...you'll like it!

I tend to go here with big groups, and service has always been great and fairly quick. Good pizza and pasta.

Quick? Think of the last time the service was so bad at a restaurant that you didn??t even make it past the salad. What? Never? Then you absolutely have to try Pizza Mizza at the La Cumbre Mall in Santa Barbara.

In a city that has more affordable gourmet eateries than you would ever be able to sample, the folks at Pizza Mizza must believe they are somehow invincible to negative press in our little community. I??ve never thought the food was anything special at Pizza Mizza, but my daughter likes it, and for me it has always been palatable. My family and I decided to stop there last evening for some pasta, and on a whim, we all ordered side Cesar salads.

The server delivered the salads in an acceptable time, but the Cesar dressing (served on the side ?? not tossed with the lettuce) tasted like a modified ranch of some sort. The lettuce wasn??t the freshest, and what is a Cesar salad after all but lettuce tossed with dressing and croutons? My daughter and I, very hungry, decided to eat ours nonetheless, and my wife politely pushed hers to the side after a single bite.

When the server came back by, my wife informed her that she could take the salad, as she thought it tasted awful; the server took the salad. About ten to fifteen minutes later, the manager appeared ?? wilted salad in hand ?? and asked my wife if there was ??anything wrong with the salad.? My wife said, ??It tasted terrible, I don??t want to eat it.? The manager then asked if my wife wanted a salad with a different dressing (note, I assume we??re talking about a new salad ?? surely they weren??t going to scrape the dressing off the wilted romaine and coat it with something else) to which my wife politely declined.

We were then informed that if there was nothing ??wrong?? with the salad besides my wife not liking it, they would still have to charge us for the salad. So we're all on the same page here, at this point, they??re saying they have to charge us $2.50 for side salad that cost them $.50 to make whether it tasted good or not. The manager used the fact that my daughter and I ate ours to try to convince my wife that there was nothing ??wrong?? with the salad. Let me apply this new found paradigm practically: I hate eel, my friend loves it ?? there must be something wrong with ME... now I get it, NOT!

Anyway, I then told the manager that she could charge us, but she should leave our table before she ruined the rest of our meal. She kept talking. I left. My wife asked them to charge us for the beverages and the salads so we could leave.

The manager returned to the kitchen, the server then told us not to worry about the drinks, and gave us the owner??s number.

So, let??s get a tally: They had to throw out a pasta dish and two lasagnas, didn??t charge us for the two eaten salads, the returned salad or the three beverages over a $.50 salad. They lost $50 plus tip over 50 cents. Now here??s the punch line: When my wife asked the manager if she made it a habit to argue with customers, the manager replied, ??Yes, I do, I have a right to argue.? Well, I don??t know much about what she has the right to do, but I certainly have a right to post this review. AVOID PIZZA MIZZA!

I've only eaten here once with a friend. The pizza was surprisingly good. I'm real picky about pizza I eat, and this place passed the test! They also have salads and pastas on their menu.
The bad thing, location. Located in La Cumbre plaza, a place where I shop, I don't really have time to eat there and it's out of they way to come out here to eat.
