I was greeted promptly, offered a seat, and shown several frames in my favorite shape, at my price point. My needs were quickly addressed without obnoxious pushing of frivolous and expensive accessories or upgrades I don't want.
I was promised frames and lenses would be ready within *60*minutes. The order was completed and ready for fitting within *40*minutes! Workmanship was excellent.
I recommend Lenscrafters at the Mall of Victor Valley for the professionalism of the staff, their accuracy, and refreshing courtesy extended to me.

if there was a negative star-I'd rate it negative 5.
Reasons:
Robyn (sales mgr) is a pushy obnoxious person.
shouting across the sales floor (which had obvious digusting stains)
i was going to purchas a pair of glasses with my contacts
but was totally turned off by the enviroment and pushy sales people.
the dr's, however are really nice and i feel bad for them to have to work with that hag.
