japanese owned bmw place. They have a lot of attention to detail and really did a good job on my bmw. They actually worked with allstate (bad insurance) to help me get more money. Even though i had to pay an extra $800, they made my car new. Not near new, but absolutely back to new. If you have any probelms, they will fix it for you, just bring it back. they care about bmws, they know bmws. and they know you won't settle for second best especially when it comes to body dmg on your car.

Our brand new BMW was involved in a minor accident and everyone suggested we bring it to B Line in San Jose. Located off of highway 280, B Line is the best place to take your BMW to get fixed. They ordered the necessary parts and paint and let us know promptly when the manufacturer had a delay on the parts. We dropped in unannounced to see the progress on our car and one of the employees lead us to the car and chatted about the progress. We had a minor problem when we picked up the car, one of the bolts on the tires had not been properly tightened but other than that we were very happy with the results on our car.

CONS: They take awhile to answer voicemails and emails

If you are looking to take ur children for a trip and teach them at the same time...u might want to consider taking them to the "B Line Body Shop Incorporated." It's a wonderful place bursting with science experiements that u can try out yourself. after you have had a science lesson, u can go ahead and enjoy a movie with your family at the IMAX theatres!!! Must try out the jet-pack chair!!!!!

I bought a car on eBay and had it shipped from Texas. The car arrived with significant damage. B-line was recommended to me as the best place for BMW body work. I was not disappointed! It took some time for all the work to be completed, but it was well worth the wait. My black X5 came out looking like new!
