Horrible Customer Service

Best Buy as a chain company is probably great but the customer service I received by a so called manager or supervisor in Downey was horrible.
I honestly will never buy anything in Best Buy ever again. It's a matter of principle.

This Best Buy is alot better than the Best Buy on Lakewood Boulevard in the Downey Landing, I was looking for a replacement battery for my canon camera and this Best Buy was the only one that had it in store, [I had been to two other Best Buys looking for the battery before.]As for everything else, this Best Buy has all the other services that most do, including cell phone activation and appliance installation.

They have a wide variety of DVD's and and music. Anything you want you can find it there. It's easy to find things and people are very helpful so of course customer service is good.

Confusing

For such a big place, there seems to be nothing in it. This store is relatively new, and they didn't have any of the cds I went in for. The electronics selection is nice, but they don't have very many movies or video games. They also didn't have Girlfriends on DVD, which I was SURE would be everywhere.
