i made an appointment a week ahead for 5 of my friends to get mani/pedis and when i called they said all of us would be seated together and could get our mani/pedis at the same time together. when we got there, the place was packed and i came 15 min before my appointment like i was told, and they said we couldn't be seated all together b/c there were no more spots. when i called they specifically said they would reserve it for all 6 of us to be seated together but then they separated all of us, one person on the other end of the room, other person on the opposite. we couldn't even talk to eachother and had to get our mani/pedis all at different times. my 2 friends had to wait longer until more seats were available until they were finally served. i felt really rushed and they told us we had to move seats to make room for other customers, so once they finished doing my nails i had to move to a regular chair. the mani/pedi wasn't anything special and i was the only one of all my friends to be offered some coffee so i had to ask the receptionist myself if my friends could get some too, and i also had to serve them myself. i thought it would be really nice since all the ratings were super good but it was just overrated and i don't think i'll be returning there.

I have been going to nail garden for two years now, and I have really enjoyed every visit. The place is cute and clean. The staff is wonderful, and they all do excellent work. Great massage chairs and a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure their clients are comfortable and happy. I highly recommend Nail Garden!

I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A VERRY HAPPY CUSTOMER IN THE PAST 2 YEAR WITH JESSICA AT NAIL GARDEN UNTIL SHE TOOK A LONG VACATION. I HAVE COME BACK THERE TWICE AND I HAVE TO SAY I IDID NOT HAPPY AT ALL. THE GIRLS WHO DID MY NAIL WAS VERRY RUDE AND RUSHING, THEY GAVE ME ATTITUDE BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET THE COMBO THEY TRY TO OFFER ME, WHICH IT JUST TERRIBLE. I NERVER HAVE BAD FELLING LIKE THAT WITH JESSICA , EVER. SHE ALWAYS MAKE PEOPLE FEEL GOOD BY BEING VERRY PROFESSIONAL AND HER SKILLS ARE WONDERFUL. I'M SOOO GLAD THAT I SAW HER BACK TODAY WHEN I GOT IN TO TAKE A CHANCE. YOU ARE THE BEST JESS, THAT ALL I CAN SAY.

Am I the only one who did NOT have a good experience here? First of all, the place is packed. Every square inch has a nail station. Good for them... bad for that so-called spa-like experience. I felt rushed. Invisible. The girls were so distracted by all the hub-bub that they paid very little attention to what they were doing. My legs were black and blue in spots from the massage! I needed another mani/pedi 3 days later. There was a big glop of nail polish on my $100 pants. Red, no less! When I informed the manager she offered me a 15% discount. Big wup! In my opinion, what should have happened was a profound apology followed by a discount offer on the next service (as if there was going to be one). Or, no charge on the pedicure... Grrr. Maybe the other locations are better. This one is off my list.

I've been here a couple of times for a pedicure. They have been fine - not amazing by any means - but they are cheap and close to where I work so it's been convenient to get a quick pedi at lunch. This last time, however, the woman working on my feet pointed at the bottoms and said calluses? I assumed she meant did I want them buffed (like normal pedis automatically come with) and said yes. She then put some gel on the bottoms of my feet and put plastic bags over them. At that time I was thinking that seemed like more than just a simple callus buff but she never said anything about it so I just let her continue prepping my nails. Then she went to grab the menu of services. I told her I just wanted the standard pedi but she kept saying something I couldn't really understand until I finally realized she said the callus treatment she had applied was going to be another $10!!! I immediately told her that she never disclosed that to me when she pointed to my feet and said "callus" so I didn't want that treatment. She then pulled the bags off my feet and washed them off, clearly annoyed. The rest of the pedicure was completely lackluster and very very rushed. I was really irritated that she tried to pull one over on me in the beginning. I almost didn't tip but I can't do that no matter how bad the service is so when I gave her a tip she barely even looked at me while pocketing the money. I will certainly NOT come to this salon again.

I would like to say I have always had a really great experience at this nail salon. (Studio city) My nail technician Linh is Great!!!! She is always polite and kind and very professional. She is also very skilled I just love her work and she makes my nails look great each and every time. Thank you Linh :) Also each time she has worked with me the instruments are extremely clean.

I have been coming to the Nail Garden in Studio City for the past 3 years. I sometimes visit their Burbank and Sherman Oaks locations but always love coming back to this one. I go to all the manicurists and have never had a bad experience. I enjoy the energy and team work in that store. Its just something I notice I guess. My manicure and pedicure last for two weeks! I especially love the coupons behind the Ralph's receipts;) I dont really think I could ever try another nail salon--so happy they're in our area.

What I like about Nail Garden is that the owner is always heavily involved in enforcing great customer service. I know my experience in getting my mani-pedi was unbelievable! The tools they use are taken out of the little machine that disinfects them right in front of you, the lady that did my nails did an excellent job ... not the most talkative which is how I like it :-), but very professional. I've noticed that someone has written some complaints on Nail Garden's page and I have a hard time believing that they are true. Reham, the owner always makes herself very available to any client, and she is great at calling you back if you have a suggestion, concern or complaint. I have been going to Nail GArden for years, and so far have never gotten the desire to go anywhere else. All I can say is that you should experiece their services yourself, and if you want to make any recommendations about services or staff, you should contact the owner. There's no better place in the Valley to get manicures and/or pedicures than Nail Garden. If you try them, you'll see what I mean.

I spotted Nail Garden when i was headed to ralphs and i decided to go in to see why there was so many people. i went in the receptionist were very kind and told me it would be a couple min wait. I picked my color out of many variety of colors and got seated. The person who did my feet was awsome. She gave me a massage and just cleaned my feet like they were suppose to. Many places do a half fast job, but this lady took her time.I am happy i found Nail Garden.

I've been coming to the Nail Garden in Studio City since they opened 3 years ago. I never really thought of writing a review but I was just on line and fell upon Citysearch. I know there are other locations that are closer to my house and newer but I just love coming to this location. My gel nails are always done to perfection and my pedicure always lasts me 3 weeks! I have to admit that I've tried other nail places in the past few years while still going to Nail Garden but they just dont compare. Thank you Nail Garden for for doing such a great job with me! I've been to both the Sherman Oaks and Studio City locations...and they're actually quite different. The receptionist at Sherman Oaks was A LOT nicer than the two in Studio City. I work with customers on a regular basis and like someone mentioned before, a smile goes a long way, at least pretend to care. The Sherman Oaks location was also much more organized and prettier but my manicure started peeling the next day. The pedicure? its been 3 weeks and its perfect...i usually get a pedicure every week but somehow this lasted FOREVER...the manicure at the Studio City location has been going on strong for 5 days. This is the absolute longest i've had polish on my fingers without it chipping or peeling. I wish I got her name because she did the most amazing job cleaning up my cuticles my nails have never looked so good. The whole experience is good. Not omg amazing but for $30 mani/pedi not bad...its also nice that they use OPI colors not some cheap nail polish from the 99 cent store..definite plus

i just had the best acrylics put on. they did exactly what I wanted them to do.Most places try to make it their way, but the manicurist at Nail Garden were so nice and understanding. I will go back forsure!!

I tried the Sherman Oaks Nail Garden and loved it. The place is clean and the chairs are new and work well. The staff was actually friendly.
I had the best foot massage I've ever received from a mani/pedi. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new location for their mani/pedis.

Best customer service ever!!! when you come to the Nail Garden, you do not have to worry about getting rush and slopply services. Every dollar you spend here is well-worthed. The nail technicians are very happy and take their time to make sure that you walk out happy. All of their nail polishes are OPI. That 's not all, they provide complimentary coffee! I love this nail salon. I highly would recommend Nail Garden not just for the service, but also relaxing, quality work!

I got the BEST wax here! The woman who did the wax was experienced, clean, and the wax was at the perfect temp., and although waxing is painful, she made me feel less pain than my previous waxing experiences. Best of all she did not take too long. I also had a pedicure, and my nails looked amazing. The spa chairs are very relaxing. The experience kept getting better and better. Also, in their advertisement, and they did! I was offered complimentary coffee :) My entire experience at Nail Garden was awesome!!

I came to Nail Garden yesterday to get my nails done for my wedding. The place was so crowded, that people were standing outside! I am so impressed by how organized everything was with all that chaos. My nails looked awesome and I still got the attention and service I was looking for. I was still treated very well and the service was just as exceptional as when I visit on a Monday morning. I usually dont write reviews but I needed to comment on how great everything was. You guys are doing a great job!!

my friend recently imformed me bout nail garden and i decided to give it a try. i loved my mani/pedi and also the manicurist who worked on me were very respectful and spoke english through out my service. i do live near by so i am going to go there from now and i highly recommend people to try it out.

I've been coming to Nail Garden tor the last 2 years now and have always enjoyed my experience here. Its really the salon that I will step foot in. There prices are reasonable, its clean, has a beautiful ambiance, and the service is always consistant. I'm sure all the techs are great but I go to Lucy and Lena--my favorite! I recently visited their new Burbank location but came back to Studio City just because I'm so used to it. Their other salons are just as gorgeous! I am very paticular about the way my pedicures are and I really havent found a place where they can be so meticulous and take their time. I just love this place!!!

So my two daughters are huge Miley Cyrus fans and the last two times we went to the Nail Garden in Studio City, we saw her getting her nails done!!! What are the odds of that? The first time we saw her there, the paparazzi completely blocked the door way. Now my daughters want to get their nails done everyday! lol Besides all the celebrity hipe thats always there, Nail Garden is truely a salon for all ages. I love going there and so do my daughters. They get to sip on their complimentary hot chocolates and I get to read my gossip magazines. The manicurists are super sweet and I just really enjoy the family atmosphere in there. I will be heading over there this evening, cant wait!:)

wow the service was awesome from the receptionists to the manicurists! at first glace the place was gorgeous with the vines coming down, not to mention the great atmosphere. True, the place was pretty busy and a bit crowded but they made sure each person was taken care of. I enjoyed my mani/pedi combo !

This place is as good as it gets! I give Nail Garden five stars for many reasons. It was a bit pricey but you get your moneys worth. Everyone there is so sweet and they make you feel at home. No pressure to get something you don't want and the best thing is that they all know how to speak in English. Sanitation is a must and I approve Nail Garden as a highly sanitized salon. Thumbs Up!

Nail Garden is by far the BEST!! Of the several nail salons that I have been to, Nail Garden is my favorite one. After all the amazing 5 star reviews I read on Yelp, I decided to take my chances and see how this place is. I got a mani pedi spa combo. The two nail techs who were working on my nails paid a lot of attention. What was even better was that they were speaking in English so i would not feel as if they were talking about me. I've had the best mani/pedis ever at this place! They have very soothing music playing in the background and they really take their time with you. There is so much detail in everything they do from the colored bath salts to the the fruit that are in the bowl you soak your hands in. They use a nice salt scrub on your feet and hands, give you a nice massage, and wrap your hands in warm towels. It's such a relaxing experience! Nice ambiance, friendly staff, my hands and feet were pampered for an hour.. so yay! :)

The salon is very beautiful, relaxing, and clean. I love the chairs and the massage. I only gave four stars because my actual mani/pedi was just average...the technicians could have spent more time with the maintenance part then the polish part. Yes they use sanitized equipment, which is great...but I noticed before they began scrubbing my foot, the foot scrubber has obviously not been cleaned properly.

I've been a very loyal customer of Nail Garden in Studio City since they opened their doors in our neighborhood, and have never met anyone who wasn?t happy with their service. I have a lot of friends and co-workers at Warner Bros. who absolutely love this place and wouldn?t go anywhere else, although we are excited about their new location in Burbank! They are consistent, always keeping up with the trends and it?s very important that sanitation is one of their main priorities. Their service is excellent--I usually get the Garden Deluxe combo, which I love and often go to Lucy and Tammy (but they're all very sweet) They have such a family environment when you walk in and I always feel very at home. I've personally met the owner who is a young graduate from the business school at USC and does an amazing job running this salon. Two thumbs up to you and I wish you continued success!

Went in the other day with a girlfriend from out of town. My friend's from Washington and she said they don?t have nails salons out there like this. I found Nail Garden on Citysearch and printed out their free paraffin treatment offer (that?s what really got me in, lol!) Anyway, I wasn?t planning on getting a pedicure done but I guess I had to, so I could use the offer. LOVED my pretty toes with the diamond design on them. My girlfriend got a different design and loved it too. I live in Sherman Oaks but work in Studio City, so it?s very convenient for me to come after work, especially since they stay open until 8pm. Hope my nails last a long time, so I can come back

I'm so excited I found this place! I'm actually very surprised that I never knew about it until now. I used to always get so scaredwhen other salons would use tools on me that were from some random box. But , here they have all their tools pre-packaged and opened in a sealed pouch. How great is that, and thier spa chairs are pipe-free, so no scary criters. I really enjoyed myself here and will soon return. And the mocha capuccinos are not a bad touch..yummy!!!!!

I tried Nail Garden out about a month ago and have since come back in twice. I must say, that my girlfriend has been trying to convince me to come get my nails done here, but I had been going to another place for years. So, its always hard to switch salons when you're lready used to one. I'm so glad I did though-this place is awesome! I was kind of shocked with the amount of technicians they had in there, but I soon realized how busy this place gets..So why do I give Nail Garden 5 stars you might ask? Well. the prices are good, the manicurists speak good English, its very clean and its just a cute place overall. I cant really ask for much more. Oh, and I heard that they're opening one in Sherman Oaks, next to mu house. Yepeee!!

It's really hard to find a great nail place that you absolutely love, but I can say without a doubt that I'm not only in love with Nail Garden but a bit obsessed too! I come here probably every week and have told everyone I know about this place. They are courteous, clean and modern. i've tried so many of their manicurists and always leave with a smile on my face. It's not too close to my house, but its totally worth the drive. The selection of polishes is amazing and I love how trendy it is. You cant really find a nail salon like this, and thats why they're #1 in my book:))))

I totally agree with the previous reviewer. I never have to worry about the cleanliness here! Its so important to me that I feel safe in a nail salon, especially with all the stories you here. The service is excellent and the manicurists are very thorough. This is my place forever!

Ok, when I thought that this place couldnt get any better, it just does. I've been a pretty loyal customer, but have to admit was very hesitant at the beginning. I guess you always have to be careful when you try out a new nail place. Well since, i've been extremely happy. And now they offer eyelash extensions!! I cant tell you how happy I am about this!!! Its so, so hard to find someone you can trust to work on your eyelashes, but I felt safe working with Jessica. She did such an amazing job, I absolutely love them!!!! SO GOOD, love you guys! Thank you for my gorgeous lashes!!

I absolutely agree with No Longer Interested regarding the upsell of additional services. That is most definitely a turnoff. They also need better eyebrow technicians, for $15 a pop, it leaves something to be desired.

I'm not sure why I decided to write a review now considering I've been coming to Nail Garden since the first day they opened, but I guess its never too late:) I have watched this little baby grow and am always very impressed every time. They not only do a great job with my nails, but they are very consistant with cleanliness which is very important to me. My mom and sister come in with me sometimes and we make it a girls outing and they always love it. Couldnt be happier with another salon. Keep it up!

I've been going here since 2005. I have always had good experiences. I like that they carry lots of OPI nail polish. I can always find a color I like. It is a little more pricey than other salons, but when I have extra money I love to come and treat myself. I go to many nail salons and this is the nicest. I always see a certain TV celebrity. The only thing I don't like is the up sells. I stopped going to other salons because of this. I go in there knowing what I can afford and I dont like being asked if I want french tip or extra services. Other than that it's a great place.

Came here yesterday with two of my girfriends. We left the salon very happy! I got the Decadent Spa combo and both of my friends got the Garden Deluxe combo.We requested to all sit next to each other which they were able to do for us even though they were very busy. The manicurists were so nice to us, that we ended up laughing with them the whole time! That usually never happens when you go to a nail place--they either dont talk to you at all,or talk about you behind your back. This wasnt the case here, which we were very pleased by. It was a little cold outside, so we really enjoyed sipping on their hot chocolate...yum:) Our hands and feet felt like a baby's butt..lol. We kept feeling each others skin because it felt so soft...even the bottom of my heels felt soft and thats a miracle! They all just really did an excellent job with us. 5 stars for sure!!!

I've been here quite a few times already and everytime gets better and better. I used to get my acrylics done near by and tried Nail Garden out one day. My old place did a good job, but i didnt realize how much better my nails could look after coming here. My feet are treated so well, and my nails always look perfect. I always get compliments on my acrylics, so I know they really do a good job. I've referred so many people to this salon and i'm lucky i found them, Wouldnt think of trying another nail slaon out. I went to Nail Garden and I have been going there for a while now. Everytime I go my services get better and better. I'm never rushed, I always spend atleast an hour in there just relaxing, which is really important to me. Everytime im feeling stressed with work, i pay a visit to the Nail Garden. The receptionists are always very friendly and helping. They always offer me tea or coffee which most salons don't even have. The manicurists are always very gentle with me, and kind. They make sure I leave feeling beautiful and back to perfect. I have tried to visit other nail salons but always end up coming back to Nail Garden. This is definately a place to pay a visit to especially if you feel run down, stressed, or just want to feel beautiful and glamourous. You'd be amazed by just getting your nails done how much better they make you feel about yourself. Ive never been to a more kind, relaxing, and professional salon.

I wouldn't mind coming here everyday..lol. This place is really great. The spa services are fabulous and feel sooo good! Last time I came in with my boyfriend, and he gets his nails done all the time. He was used to going to this place next to his work, but I convinced him to come to Nail Garden. I've actually been nagging him about it for a while because I really wanted to enjoy getting our nails done together.Anyway, I made an appointment for us last Sunday and he LOVED it. I told him that there wasn't a place like this and he didnt believe me until he tried it. They were very meticulous with his nails (which he likes), and he had great conversation with them. One thing I really like the most is that I notice they use really good quality products on you. I'm not a manicurist but I'm in the beauty industry and I have some product knowledge and am always impressed when I see the brands they use on us. Thats probably why my manicures last so well:) Well, I added a new fan to this salon...and am looking forward to our next visit together:)

My favorite place by far! I've been coming here for the last six months and really cant imagine getting my nails done anywhere else. The service and the manicurists are exceptional and I dont have to pay an arm and a leg. This place is very clean and very refreshing. The girls always look so professional, and I like that I can comunicate with them and they can understand me. That's always a plus:) I love that all the tools are opened from a sealed pouch and dont come from some random box like most places. The candles they put around make the salon smell so nice:) I wouldn't say I'm a picky person, but I definitely expect what I pay for and Nail Garden always gives me more! I actually just booked my bridal shower in April here! Cant wait!!

I guess there are a lot of great spots in LA to get your beauty stuff done, but I think Nail Garden is pretty close to the top. I love this place for so many different reasons. First of all, the parking is great because it right next to Ralphs.I can get all my shopping done, pick up dry cleaning, go to Rite-Aid for any prescriptions, and still grab my Starbucks coffee. There aren't many places so convenient. Besides all that, its just the perfect salon to get your nails done. I usually get the Decadent Spa Combo ($39) b/c it includes everything(warm towel wrap, sea salt scrub, hot oil lotion massage and more) Great bargain! I love how clean they are in there, and how sweet the all the girls are. Just love it!

Wow! What a great place this is. I actually just stopped in a few weeks ago because it looked so beautiful inside. I grabbed a brochure...all the spa packages looked so enticing that I decided to make an appointment-they also gave me a coupon right before I left and that also encouraged me to try them out:) Well, let me just say, that this was the best nail experience ever. I dont know if it was the fruits in the manicure water, or if it was the lotion they used on me, but my hands and feet felt and looked so good!!! This is truly a special place. Everyone was very friendly, very professional(unlike most nail places you go to), and there was a cleaning person there the whole time mopping the floors. Very clean place, and well deserved my business. Thanks Nail Garden for my beautiful nails!!

This is a salon I've always wanted to go to. I cant get enough of this place, Great service, great hot chocolate and great manicurists. I love their prices and just love the whole feel of the salon. There's never a dry moment in there:lol. Everybody's always laughing and it really makes me feel good when I see all the workers getting along. They just do a great job at making their customers happy and I really appreciate that. There aren't a lot of places these days that do that, and that why i keep coming back.

I also felt that my pedicure was rushed. Perhaps it is just a language barrier, but the nail technicians need to take more time to really LISTEN to what the customer is saying she/he prefers. Take the time to explain that the extra service you are offering costs extra, and make sure the customer has agreed to it before you start the service! Also, it would benefit the manager's business to have her employees dress more professionally. The teenaged receptionists in sweats? Big turn-off. The complimentary cappucino drinks are from one of those machines where you push a button and it spits out a sugary, over-processed drink, just so you know.

A really pride myself for always going to the best of the best. The best restaurants, the best salons, best hotels, etc,etc. But I think I might have been wrong until I recently discovered Nail Garden.The feel of this place is really unique, and inviting. There is a lot of good energy in this store and I've never really experienced that in a nail salon before. I used to go to a slon in Beverly hills on Robertson, and wont mention their name-they were good, and I really cant complain but Nail Garden is more than good, its great. My nails always look fabulous and I always feel like all the customers in there are so hip and trendy. My last visit is a story to tell. There was some producer guy in there tht ended paying for ALL the customers including himself!! How crazy is that?! I was amazed, and of course so happy because my service was for free. There was probably 30 people in there, so I'm sure the bill was high. I asked the cute receptionists if he's sone that before and they said yes. That would never happen anywhere else. Besides all the great service, and how clean it is, I always see a ton of celebrities in there. I just love Nail Garden. You guys are doing it right!!

So I just moved to Studio City from Calabasas, and I think I've found my salon of choice! I was just in the shopping center getting some groceries and I noticed this very cute salon. So I walked in and got a brochure and was very impressed with everything. They offered these great spa packages and at such great prices:) So I decided to go ahead and get my manicure and pedicure done. The girls were so gracious and I even got to enjoy a great cappuccino. What a place! I got a coupon for my next visit and booked my appointment. This place is truely like no other....

I first tried nail garden about 2 years ago when I moved to the area, I was very impressed. I love all the OPI nail polish and the whole feeling of the facility. I went back a few times afterwards and I have to say that I felt the technicians were a bit pushy about the parafin and such but in recent times I have been there it has calmed down a bit. I think the manager really genuniely takes what the customers think into careful consideration. The prices are fair for what you get, I believe. So if you are complaining about the prices go to the hole in the wall down the street and maybe you will go there, pay less and walk out with planters warts? haha :)

I've heard about Nail Garden quite a few times in our office, so I decided to give it a try. To be honest, I was a little skeptical considering I've tried many other nail places and I wasn't always so thrilled. But getting my nails done at Nail Garden was completely different. The whole feel of the place was really inviting and comforting. The place was kept very clean( I even saw a cleaning lady putting things away while I was there)..very impressive! It's not often that you see that, or get offered lovely drinks while you're getting your nails done. Another great thing, was that the manicurists that worked on me spoke perfect English-definitely a major plus. I would definitely recommend Nail Garden to anyone who wants good service at a good price.

I went in for a mani/pedi and the "technicians" alway try and up sell and then do a rush job. I had m/p's done for more than 30 years and there are some services that come with the m/p that the Nail Garden charges extra for. Don't recommend this place at all. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area that are cheaper and do the services you pay for in the base price.

I came here to get my nails nicely done for Valentine's Day. It was was my first time at the salon, and my co-worker kept telling me to try it out, so I did. The place was very busy, but everything was so neat and organized. The ladies who worked on me offered me a drink while I was getting my service done and the ladies in the front came and checked up on me to make sure everything was ok. I was very impressed by the slices of fruit that was put in the manicure bowl and their huge selection of nail polishes. The parking was no problem because they are located in the same shopping center as Ralphs and Riteaid, so there is plenty of places to park. Overall, I would definitely give Nail Garden 5 stars because I just dont see that kind of service and quality of work at many places. I'm actually part of women's organization in Studio City and I'm thinking of having our monthly meetings there! i guess we'll have to see about that. I'm not sure who owns this salon, but if the manager reads this review, I just want to say GOOD JOB!

Oh my gosh, this is such a great place! I went in today, and got a full set of gel nails and a pedicure. I did have to wait a little bit because it was so crowded, but it was well worth the wait. My nails look amazing! Probably the best they've ever looked. My pedicure included warm towel wraps, parrafin, marine masque and more. I got to enjoy reading my 'girly' magazines and loved my cup of green tea. The girls in the front were very sweet, and my manicurists were exceptional. I wont travel to any another nail salon.

I went here in January for my 25th Birthday. I read positive reviews and thought I would give it a try as a treat to myself. I went to get a mani/pedi & when I left I had a band-aid on the side of my right foot & pain.
I went to be relaxed and left disappointed and dis-satisfied. I'm not sure why everyone says this salon is SOOOO different from any other. I was treated nicely initially, however when they were done (20mins in) I was promptly left so they could go out front to talk and eat the food a co-worker had brought from home.

I have had to disinfect and re-bandage my foot every day since January 17th, and its still sore! It was a really deep hole/cut in the side of my foot from the sea salt scrub that was scrubbed into the side of my foot with a pumice stone. I reacted right away, in pain obviously, but was told "don't worry, I have band-aid". That's not good enough!! I can't believe the lack of care/precision they have in their work. This is your job! If I did something like that at my job, I'd be fired.

Needless to say, i will NEVER return for the sake of my feet & pocket book (much pricier than other salons & not worth it). I have also told many other women to AVOID this place at all costs.

I get my nails done here every other week, and it's always a very comfortable experience. I like that they have a different spirit about them than most other salons. They do get crowded often and sometimes I wish they weren't so swamped with people, but I guess that means they're doing something right. I get my fills with Janie, and my pedicure with Lena-they're awesome! My pedicure lasts so nicely that I dont even need to come in every other week, but I just love the way it feels. The great thing is that they're close to work and home and it just makes it so convenient for my. So glad that they're around!

So, I've had my nails done here. I didn't have a bad experience nor was it wasn't the best mani I've ever had in my life, either. It was a decent mani at a fair price. I liked the individual paraffin baggies - much more sanitary than the "dunk tanks" offered by some shops. I don't have my nails done regularly, but I'd return here again. It's clean, and that's what really matters to me.

What concerns me is all these gushing five-star positive reviews on citysearch - there are literally dozens of them, many posted within a day or two of each other, and mostly posted by user names who have never reviewed anything else. I think this is fishy, and I'm wondering if the salon employees or managers aren't going on here and making up fake reviews. I could be wrong, but I was floored to see the reviews on here - this is not the holy grail of nail salons.

I get a mani/pedi every two weeks. I saw a coupon for The Nail Garden and thought I'd try it out. I knew what to expect based on a brochure I read while waiting for my appointment. First of all, this place is nothing more than a crowded nail salon with a few potted plants thrown here and there... not the nail "paradise" the brochure wants you to believe. I think it mentioned polished floors- I saw a basic tiled floor. The smell of the salon, which it seems proud of, smelled like any other nail place I have ever entered.

I had two girls, one for mani and one for pedi. Yes, they were both pleasant and nice. I didn't have anything to read so I focused on their work. Right away they wanted me to upgrade to a more expensive service. Well, I had to politely tell them no several times. They said "your skin is so dry- get paraffin!" My skin is not dry. "Your feet have bad callouses- buy the extra scrub!" Well, my feet get scrubbed every two weeks- I'm supposed to believe I needed the extra service?? Anyway, one thing was quickly apparent and that is if you DON'T buy the upgrades, what you get is very basic service in place of the potential upgraded service. The "reflexology massage" is actually a 5 second lotion application (you can, of course, upgrade) and after they finished with the service the tips of my fingers and toes were dry from the alcohol they dumped on them. The foot scrubbing lasted about 5 seconds each foot. I know I keep mentioning 5 seconds, but that is genuinely how long they spent on these services. It was over in about 15 minutes.

Afterwards they both scattered to other parts of the salon, one girl went to the front desk to chat and the other sat on her cell phone a few chairs away. I was left to sit with nothing to do. Those beverages they brag about were never offered to me, but I did ask and one was brought to me.

Everyone, this is your basic nail salon. I know of many more in the area that give much better service for much less.

Ok, so if you havent visited Nail Garden yet, I really think you're missing out. Not only do I always see a celebrity in there, but the place is so fun to hang out. The salon always smells so nice, they open a brand new set of tools for each customer, and the service is always great! They really go far and above any other nail salon I've been to, and trust me I think I've been to ALL. I love that i can do my Ralphs shopping in the same center, and really for what you get, the prices are very fair. I've told all my girlfriends about this place they all fell in love too,,,,

This is an awsome place let me tell you that. I do not usually do this but i found Nail Garden through cityy search and their reviews. As soon as i walked in i was greeted by the friendly ladies at the front desk and asked if i would like a drink. There was a variety of drinks and a wide selection of polishes to chose from. There was a specific color i was looking for and she found it for me right when i asked her. It seemed like all their customers were having a good time, the manicurists were really fun. So it didn't suprise me when my manicurists was taking good care of me. All in all this is a fun place I had a great time.

I have been to many manyyy places and i cannot compare NG to any of them. a friend once told me, once you go to Nail Garden.... you wont be able to go any place else. SHE WAS RIGHT! I was looking for a place to get a manicure first thing in the morning with my friend, before she had to head out of town. I knew of the Nail Garden because it is near my home, so I checked out the reviews before going. I have to admit that several of the negative reviews gave me pause, however it was the most convenient and one of the few nail places that was open as early as 9am, so I decided to check it out for myself and see which reviews were more accurate. The space was clean and comfortable, the staff and owner were very courteous, and we were offered beverages as we enjoyed our manicures. I got a basic manicure with parrafin. It was just okay. While they weren't completely rushing the job, I felt they could have taken a little more time with it. I didn't like the method they used for the parrafin: instead of taking me to a small tub and allowing me to dip my hands into it, they brought plastic sandwich baggies with wax in them to the table. It seemed kind of cheap and the baggies, being smaller than the tubs I'm used to at other places, didn't allow me to really get the wax between my fingers for complete coverage. I also felt that the polish looked a little sloppy, and was getting off the edge of the nail and onto my cuticle in a couple of places. Finally, I really disliked the fact that they didn't offer a UV light for me to dry my nails by. For that matter they didn't even put a small fan on my hands. They did offer the quick-drying spray, which I declined because in my experience that spray tends to dull the top coat. I've never been to a manicure place that just made you hold your hands out in front of you until they dried.

Overall, it wasn't a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn't worth the money. I've spent less at places that were much better. To the salon: I'd recommend lowering your prices to reflect the quality you actually provide.

I made an appointment to get a pink & white fill and a pedicure a few days ago, and was so happy I came to this place. My cousin's wife actually recommended the Nail Garden and my gut was telling me that I would love it. My appointment was on time and Connie did my acrylic and Tammy did my pedicure. For sure the best acrylic work I've ever had and for sure the best pedicure. The girls were very engaging (unlike most places). Everything was clean, which is good b/c I'm a clean freak. LOved the herbal tea, the gossip magazines and the GREAT service. Before I left, I made another appointment in another two weeks. Can't wait for my next visit!!

Okay, so I'm a guy and I took my gf here for a manicure and pedicure... while I was there I decided to get a pedicure too. Everyone was very nice, but what I didn't like was that to get a decent foot massage you had to pay extra.. the included massage lasted about 30 seconds. Other places I've been give a great foot and calf massage included. The other thing I didn't like is that I feel that a pedicure should include basic callous removal... well that was $10 extra... I said OK, and after about 5 minutes she was done. I felt my heel and mentioned there was still callous on it. She said I would have to come back next time and she could do the rest.. she couldn't do it all now. What's up with that? I pay $10 for 5 minutes? That's BS... Anyway, overall a decent experience and nice staff, but I didn't like all the upsell and the extra costs.

I just visited Nail Garden today,and it was awesome:) They took such good care of me, my polish was done exactly how I liked it and they used cleaned tools from a sanitary pouch. Finally a place I can trust....I've never been to a salon so crowded like that...I kinda liked all the upbeat energy in there. And their polish selection was amazing-all the OPI colors you can imagine. I will definitely be back and bring all my girls!! See you soon!

Nail Garden has been my salon of choice for almost a year now...and for many reasons. Not only are they clean, polite, and do exceptional work, but it?s just a really nice place to be in. The ambiance is very modern, and very upbeat. You definitely feel like you're not in one of those crummy nail salons that are practically on every corner. They play the best lounge music-sometimes they mix it up a bit, and their prices are very reasonable. My visit is always pleasant every time and I will continue to return.

This place is like no other. I'm actually really surprised that its the only one around. It's in such a convenient location b/c I can get my groceries done, my dry cleaning and then grab Starbucks! This place is hip and clean--from the moment I walked in, I was put at ease. From the friendly front desk to the many polish colors to choose from. Love the beautiful decor and atmosphere, very modern, clean and sheeek! The technicians are all really nice too, always friendly. They do a really nice job on nails and the massage is well worth the money I pay. I have also had waxing done, and it was probably the best and least painful I've ever had. Oh, and make sure to ask about the paraffin dip! so nice...

My friend from New York suggested I try Nail Garden so I finally checked it out this past weekend. I must say I have never been such a wonderful salon as this! The employees are delightful and the service is the best I have ever had. Not only did the girls do a great job with my manicure, but I was just finished with my shopping at the nearby Ralph's and they helped me bring my groceries to my car. Now that is what I call great service!! It is no wonder that Nail Garden is voted the Best of Citysearch and has up to 900 customers per week! This place is great! It's very clean and doesn't smell like a nail salon (you know what I mean). All of the ladies are very sweet and we really liked that we didn't experience the "I wonder what they're talking about" chatter. Instead they chatted with us, when appropriate. Holly did my mani/pedi and she did a great a job. The price is impossible to beat for the service you get. I will definitely make this my regular place! A clean, hip, reasonably priced, and superior service nail salon. The staff are friendly and care about the work they do! I never feel rushed. Although it may be difficult to get in to ( I book my appointments in advance now!) It's well worth trying to walk in or book in advance. Yesterday, I tried the Indulgent Bliss pedicure, and it was great enough for me to take the time to review Nail Garden..Thank you thank you thank you

I love this cute little shop. All of the ladies know exactly what i want. I will never go to another salon. The girl talk and the prices are great too! I highly recommend this salon to anyone! Its a fun, but relaxing atmosphere. I always leave with a smile....cannot say enough great things about Nail Garden. The manicures and pedicures are really wonderful and very reasonably priced.My nail technician must have spent a good 10 minutes just working on my cuticles. It was the most thorough mani Ive ever had in my life. No joke! Needless to say, I dont think I will ever patronize another salon in the city. Nail Garden is definitely a keeper.

You can walk in anytime and be served almost immidiately, great music, great staff, Great nail colors, Amazing products

On top of it all they do an impecable job! They're even open late enough to get your nails done after work. Why go anywhere else?

I used to come to Nail Garden when it first opened and it seemed a nice enough place. I worked out of town for some time so when I recently returned, I don't know what happened, but it's a mess. My chair was literally falling apart and the entire place just seemed dirty and unkempt. The quality of the service seemed to take a dive too. I also didn't recognize any of the girls there that I remembered. Why did the good ones leave??

I?ve been going to Nail Garden since they opened their doors, and as most of you all know they are great! But I had the most amazing experience there last Saturday that I wanted to share it with all of you. First and foremost I had never been on a weekend before and couldn't believe how slammed they were, that there were people waiting outside. Anyway, they were still able to take me within 10 minutes. Secondly, as I was getting my pedicure, the owner noticed that I left my lights on in my car. I guess my battery died and I was stuck. She felt terrible even though it was clear that I could have cared less. Not only did she let me use her AAA card, but as I was leaving admiring my newly manicured nails and toes she stopped me and gave me a gift certificate for a free pedicure. Even though it was not her fault that I left my lights on, she saw how stressed out I was felt awful. I was more then shocked. It was totally unnecessary, but the best customer service experience that I have had anywhere. I usually only get a manicure and pedicure there on special occasions, but she's made a customer for life. I'll never go anywhere else. Thanks again Nail Garden!

Tomorrow is my 4th visit and I haven't been disappointed yet. Everyone is friendly, they remember me from my last visit and always come over to say hi. For those people that say they feel rushed...I love the fact they can do my mani/pedi at the same time quickly and efficiently. Plus they can always fit me in for a quick wax and they do a great job. This is by far the best experience I've ever had with a nail salon. They offer a great selection of nail polish colors, the technicians are very concerned with detail and the setting is incredible. I feel very safe with the sanitary pouches they use, and I ALWAYS see them steam the pedicure chairs after they're done. That is so very important to me.The environment is so fun and comfortable.The employees were so friendly and they did a FANTASTIC job! my polish stayed on for almost 2weeks! The prices are good and they always have good specials! Definitely a place to come back to.

I found Nail Garden after moving into the neighborhood and needed a new spa for waxing treatments -- and not only did I find one, I also found a great nail salon as well! I am so put off by those dinky salons that are unsanitary, where the employees are unfriendly and talk about you in their own language. All of those elements were absent at Nail Garden.Nail Garden does a fabulous job on your hands and feet, making you feel pampered and comfortable. The spa is always clean and the staff is friendly and well trained. As for waxing, Helen does a great job, and will use the wax best suited for your skin type. They have so many differnt kinds-I love their espresso wax. Will return again and again!

I first visited this salon about 3 months ago. One of my co-workers has been going there since they opened and loves it. I already had my nail place but thought I'd try Nail Garden. I was very impressed by everything they did. I got such a great mani/pedi(probably the best), and I enjoyed all the cool little extras, like the orange and cumcumber pieces in the manicure bowl, and their warm hot chocolate. They do great nail designs and are always so atttentive. I've already referred so many of my friends, and cant wait to refer more. Great job Nail Garden! I'll see you soon:)

I (like the person who posted below) did not have a great experience here. I read the hype and decided to try this salon THREE times. Just to give them the benefit of doubt! I was pressured to get more done, EVERYTIME! and my pedicure was mediocre -- not great. I felt that because they couldn't upsell me they didnt give me proper attention. Ths is not the best salon in the valley. I have tried quite a few and it ranks near the bottom 10%.

I can really say a lot about this place. I feel GREAT when I finish getting service done here. They do such a thorough job, and I'm always completely satisfied. I really like this salon. It's near my house, and I find the people here to be friendly and courteous. Also, it's very clean, and the prices are good. One recommendation: if you get a mani/pedi, ask for the manicure at a table, otherwise they try to do the manicure while you're in the pedi chair, and they don't move from one hand to the other; they make you hold both hands on one side, which is kind of a pain. Just ask for the mani at a table - they'll give you what you want! Also, if you experience a problem, let the front desk know, and they will do everything they can to make sure you are satisfied. That's all you can ask for, right? Oh, they used to let you tip on a credit card, but they don't any more and I wish they would change that back. It's just like a restaurant, right? The waiter gets the tip? It should be the same here. That's what it would take to get my review from 4 stars to 5! Otherwise, it's a terrific place!

Today I visited Nail Garden for the first time and it was crazy, they rushed my mani/pedi even though it was $56 and it was not worth it. I thought I would get somthing better for that price not a 20-25 min mani/pedi which I don't think is suppose to be so fast. Everything was a big mess. It was so loud and the manicurist were speaking there language which was the worst part. It took them so long to get me in although they said 5-10 min wait which took 20-30 min. It was a horrible experience I will never go through again.

I visited Nail Garden for the 1st time today, I was very surprised that they could fit me in. They were packed!!! I mean Packed!!! Even though I didn't have an appointment I felt very welcomed there. I had to wait few minutes which was a great opportunity for me to go through the great selection of polish's that they have, and enjoy my Hot Chocolate. They had so many colors that I couldn't pick the best one so I asked the girls at the front to help even though they we so busy they didn't hesitate. The manicurist was great she did exactly what I wanted!! I didn't even use sign language :)) I'm glad I found this place and from now on this will be my new nail spa I will be visiting every other week. Keep up the good work guys.

I decided to make a visit to the Nail Garden after hearing so much about it. I live in the Archstone apartments, so it?s very convenient for me since the shopping center is walking distance. A lot of my neighbors get their nails done at this place and love it. Well, I loved it too! I guess, what I loved most about it, was it was so different than most other nail salons. It was welcoming, professional. clean, good music and just a fun place to spend my time. I'll definitely be back, and make sure you try their cappuccino. It's delicious! Wonderful place in every way. It's clean, its new, the manicurists love their job, and I always leave happy. My friends and I always book out appointments together so we can hang out too. They always accomodate us so we can sit together even when they are so busy. The service is great, i love their french vanilla latte and they do amazing nails designs. One time. I dropped my whole soft drink on the floor, and they were so nice that they went next door and bought me another one! Thats service for ya! They always make sure my friends and I are happy and I woulndt go anywhere else....

These good review are so incredibly lame and rediculous bogus! I am so sick of dishonest business practices. I was fool by these fake good reviews. This place is a torger nail place . The nail technictian agressively try to up grade you to a more expensive pakage. So many unhappy nail technictian faces speed up the service so they can get the next turn. I got my hand and feet done for less than 18 minutes for over price. Noisy, cramp wierd smell. I never been experienceing so much pressure at any nail salon like this place. I feel like I am in hell. Never come back! I am outrage.

My experience has always been wonderful coming here. I enjoy the atmosphere and the service.I love the products they use, and thats probably why my mani/pedi always lasts so long.:) It's really the place to try out. It's true that there are probably a ton of nail salons around every area, but this place is just very unique. It's not just about the hot beverages they serve, (which I absolutely love by the way) but its just the whole vibe in there. The manicurists are fun, skilled, and all the staff really make sure everyone is taken care of. Thats been my experience, and I'd recommend anybody who wants a unique, and amazing nail salon to try out Nail Garden.

I can?t say that I've been to every nail salon in LA, but I?ve been to many. Nail Garden is just so different than most other places---their prices are great, they offer yummy drinks, it has a very cool decor, and they even play satellite radio (real chill, lounge music). I enjoy my visits here every time, and I totally see why this place is ranked #1 in LA. It totally deserves it, because it does things most nail salons don?t, and that?s probably why they stand out so much. I've never walked in there without it being completely packed with people. To be honest I never have gone to this salon but I see it all the time when I get my groceries in the same complex and my girlfriend went there once. It looks like your average dime a dozen nail salon and she said it wasnt anything special and didnt recall it being fantastic. but then we noticed it was ranked number one and then I read some of the reviews and I have to say something is totally bogus. I have seen like 100 other salons in LA and in Phoenix too where Im from that blew this place outta the water. like I said my gf didnt remember much about it but she remembered her two of the girls were fighting over the tip she gave and thats the only thing remarkable.

Everyone must try this place out. I personally loved it, and even bought two gift certificates before I left (one for my boss, and the other for my mom). It's really everything that you would want in a nail salon-it's clean, its welcoming, its trendy, and the prices are great. I live in Sherman Oaks, so it's not too far. I could probably find a salon thats closer to my house, but this place is worth the extra little drive. Plus, I can get so much done in that shopping center and the parking is sooooo convenient. I've been coming here with my mom and sister for the past 8 months or so, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Jani does a fantastic job with my Pink & Whites, and we always leave so happy. The salon is pretty, it has the best polish selection I've ever seen, and they are very clean. My mother always enjoys the service, the drinks, and their courtesy. My wedding is coming up, and I'm planning on having my whole bridal party get their nails done here. I wouldn't choose any other place. They take such good care of us, the girls are extremely professional and sweet. It?s just a pleasure coming to Nail Garden.

5 stars well deserved! I just got home from visiting Nail Garden for the first time today, and wanted to rave about them. I received a coupon in the mail, so I thought I'd try them out. They were outstanding! I got the best manicure/pedicure that I've ever received, and the place was sooo happening. It was packed with people, my technicians were so funny, and were very engaging. I had Lucy and Helen (great girls, did such a clean job) I enjoyed chamomile tea, and they even had slices of oranges in the manicure bowl! How cool is that!! I'm so excited that I found this place and can?t wait for my next visit. And they're right next door to my two favorite places: Starbucks & Ralph?s. Wonderful!!

I came into Nail Garden a few days ago, and I had the absolute best service! I'm not usually the one to write these review type things, but I thought it was a must. I've been to so many nail salons everywhere (like most of us have), and Nail Garden totally impressed me. As soon as I walked in. I was warmly greeted, and offered a delicious hot chocolate-very nice touch, I must say. I needed a little help picking out my polish color (and they have the largest selection I've ever seen-like 100's!). When I sat in my spa chair, the girls were so fun and energetic, I laughed so much, it was great> (Lucy and Helen are awesome) they offered me magazines to read, and someone came to me 20 min. into the service to ask me how everything is. I got another hot chocolate to go (what salon offers drinks like that?!) and left with my nails looking beautiful! So impressed by this place-I'll be back!!

This has got to be my favorite nail salon in LA. I live in New York half of the time during the year, and when I stay in LA, Nail Garden is my spot. Clean, refreshing, cool atmosphere, complimentary drinks, I can keep going on and on. I have never been to a salon where they serve you hot drinks-it's great. There are even two just down the street on Ventura that seem to want to be just like Nail Garden, but they don't succeed! It's really an honor that Nail Garden gets so much attention. I clicked on the best of citysearch for manicures and nail Garden pops up as number one. I am sorry but I tried it out and it is not even close! I have been to probably 5 of the other salons on the list and they all beat this place by far. I judge a salon on how relaxing it is and the quality of the manicure and Nail Garden fails on both. I had a rushed mani that fell apart after 3 hours at a party. the free coffee is a nice touch and the mirrors do help this hole in the wall place look a little bigger, but nail salons arent about coffee and trying too hard to be soemthing they are obviously not. I suggest anyone reading this try some of the other salons in the region. trust me you will agree that nail garden is not worthy of being ranked number one in LA.

I went into Nail Garden this afternoon, and was so pampered that I just didn't want to leave, but I had to go back to work! I just moved to Studio City from Orange County, and I was so worried I wouldn't find a great place to get my nails done, but I think I found the best. So cool!

I finally used my gift certificate that my friend gave me in January for the Nail Garden. I've been wanting to come in for the last few months because my friend is always raving about this place, but I work like crazy. The moment I walked in, I thought to myself, this place looks so cool. It definitely has a very unique design, other than most nail places I've gone to. I loved how clean they were, and the service was great. I found a new place to come to, thanks to my friend.

Nail Garden is MARVEOUS! I continue coming back because they continue to give me great service and great quality work. It even gets better every time I go in there:) It does get crazy busy often, but I always feel like I'm still taken care of. My appointments start on time, and they sometimes take me real late right before they close which is very sweet of them-I sometimes get off of work really late. I really appreciate their generosity and their great work.I'll be back!

I've never been a person to get my nails done, but my wife was nagging me forever. I finally went into Nail Garden with her and my two daughters. I have to say, the first time was pretty terrifying for me, but when I walked in, everybody made me feel so comfortable. And the best part of it all-was that I saw two other guys in there too. I was relieved! My experience was great, and now I go in without my wife. She and the kids are so proud of me. I'm not ashamed to say, "I got my nails done yesterday." I even got some of my friends into to it, who were totally against it before. My kids love going in there, and my wife is there practically once a week. For Mother's Day, I actually have her favorite girls coming to the house to pamper her. She's going to be so surprised. Thanks Nail Garden for making it a great place for all of us to enjoy--even us men!

Everything about Nail Garden is great! I think I'm in there almost twice a week...lol! Seriously, that?s called loyal. Everybody knows me so well, and I've even made friends with some of the regular customers. We actually go out together-call me crazy but I just love this place! I've never tipped may nail people so much, and I?m more than happy to do it with these girls. They totally deserve it- always do a fantastic job! I walk in, they hand me my delicious cappuccino, and have my polish color ready for me. They already know what I want before I even have the chance to ask. They are super duper clean, and super duper nice, and just lovely in every way!

This is my place:) I was going to many whole in the wall nail salons until I discovered the Nail Garden. It's just everything that I would even ask for in a salon----the service is exceptional, the tools are clean, the environment in nice, and I never get that horrible headache from strong scents like most other nail salons. I just love the girls there, and my nails always look exactly how I like them. Top notch all around:)

Ok so I went to this place cuz i saw all the hyped up reviews and its totally average and totally not "paradise" as people keep calling it. another thing. I am a HUGE Jessica Simpson fan and I never heard of her going there or read about her going there like ever! If she is a regular why isnt anyone posting that in the gossip rags?? and someone said the paparazi were swarming? i never saw any pictures of her there. I dont know why she would ever go there. theres like windows and mirrors everywhere and its small with no privacy at all. i also read that angelina jolie and julia roberts were spotted there and the owner says a ton of celebs go there??? buyer beware of whacked out sales tactics! like i said. oh pleaaaase!!!!

Nail Garden is definitely a HOT spot! I've never been to a salon with sooooo many hot guys getting pedicures & they're all heterosexual. For instance, George Clooney was in there the other day & he was getting a pedicure! I am soooooooooooo lucky to have been able to go there the same day he was there! HOT! Julia Roberts was there, too, & you could see just what great friends they are! Nail Garden, you're the best!!!!!!!!

I've been going here over a year now & I absolutely LOVE my pink & white gel nails & the pedicures! I love the fact that they use new tools on every customer, they open them right in front of you so your not left to wonder! I DO see Macy Gray almost every other Sunday when I go....(we must be on the same schedule) & I have seen Jessica Simpson there on one occasion as well, she usually comes in w/ a guy who may be her assistant or something. :) I highly reccomend this place!

I just can?t get enough of Nail Garden. It's not just my favorite place to get my nails done, but it's also my favorite place to just hang out. I think that?s whets so unique about this place. You really don?t feel like it?s your typical nail salon. They've done a really great job with creating a very fun and trendy environment. My nails are always done so well (very clean and precise) and I'm always very happy when I leave. I always hear other people sitting next to me commenting on the same things. I stopped into Nail Garden last weekend for the first time, to get a manicure and pedicure. I always drove by, but never got a chance to come in. Let me tell you, best nail salon by far! I came in with my sister-in-law and her girlfriend, and we were all so happy. The service was great and I loved how fun it looked in there. All the tools were in this clear looking pouch and everything seemed really clean. My nails look great and I can't wait for my next visit! Oh, and we walked in when they were closing and they still were nice enough to take us. Thanks for taking us so late:)

Nail Garden is the ONLY place I have gone since they first opened. They always take great care of me regardless of which manicurist I get. They have amazing services and the best hot chocolate! They may sound funny but, it's true! My best friend and I meet at Nail Garden for our "girl time" and we love to drink our hot chocolates and be pampered! If you havent been there yet you should for sure check it out!

So I keep reading reviews about nail garden and i have few things to say. First I have been to a lot of hole in the walls and I stopped going ever since I found Nail Garden. I used have my nails chip the next day, but nail garden last me a week. I love it. and for the people who say its sooooo busy and they rush, it depends on what service you get and when you go. Its a very popular salon and it is going to be busy. It just goes to show that its a great salon if its soooo busy. Make an appointment and if you want to relax go durning the weekday instead of the weekend.ONE MORE THING IF YOU CELEBS THERE, YOU KNOW ITS THE BEST

I've been visiting Nail Garden forever now, and I continue coming back for so many reasons. They're efficient, clean, friendly, affordable, and truly unlike any other nail salon I've seen. I love the way I feel while I'm in there and I really love the service and attention I receive. There hasn't been a time I've come in there where I haven't seen a celebrity. They take such good care of me (I just love Lucy, and Kim), and I wouldn't think of trying out any other place. I've tried out so many nail places, especially all along Ventura Blvd., and Nail Garden beats them all. Can't wait to come back for that hot chocolate...yum;))

I am not sure where the people with the negative reviews actually went, but all I have to say is that this nail spa is by far the BEST there is in the Valley. Excellent service, pleasant technicians (Holly does the best pedicure ever!). The doors are open to let the breeze in - not sure the one complaint about bad air - we live in LA - the worst air in the world - people should be used to bad air - but it definitely doesn't reek of car exhaust.... some people just like to complain. I have never seen anyone dissatisfied since I have been coming here. I would highly recommend this place to everyone needing a great mani/pedi!!

The video says and shows it all! You can see what a true paradise it is! Reham is an absolute doll, the sweetest person around. And all the girls there are wonderful. Thank you, Thank you Nail Garden for making my nails look so beautiful! I almost gave up on finding someone who can do my pink & white acrylics until I came to this salon. I've gone to so many Ventura Blvd. salons and have to say this beats them all. They were so generous, and patient with me. They were slammed busy the day that I came in there but they still made me feel like I was the only person in there. The place smells so nice (unlike most nail places) the manicurists were so fun and professional and they did an excellent job. I can't wait to come back and tell all my friends! I just adore this salon:) My kids go to Carpenter Elementary, and Sherman Oaks Nursery and Nail Garden constantly donates to all our fundraising events. All the moms come here, and we love getting our nails done. I'm also part of the Studio City Mom's Club and we recently had one of our meetings there. They do such a great job with my hands and feet, they are super clean-I just love the sound of those sealed pouches opening-call me crazy. Their hot drinks are delicious (I always get some to go too;)) and the place is worth every penny. One of my close girlfriends just moved to Santa Clarita, and she still makes a special trip to Studio City every other week to come here. All the moms really appreciate all our donations and thank you for bringing an outstanding salon to our neighborhood!

Anybody who loves to get their nails done and be in a clean, pretty place while you get polished, then walk in to Nail Garden. I promise you will not be disappointed, trust me. I expect good service and good work when I go anywhere, and Nail Garden delivers. I read a few of those negative reviews, and you just know they are competitors. It?s so obvious because, once you visit this salon; you'll know what I'm talking about. I bring my mom here, and I always tell all my co-workers, and some of my friends go more often than me. I actually work at Universal, and I know so many people that love this place. We always head over there during our lunch break. I don?t know how often the staff at Nail Garden read these reviews, but I wanted them to know that I am a huge FAN, and keep up whatever you're doing. I wish I could really describe this place in words, but you just have to go in there to fully understand the experience. They give EXCELLENT service, they are so clean(I love the sterilization pouches, I'm a germ phobe), the manicurists speak ENGLISH(you can actually have an intellectual conversation with them)the owner, and all the receptionists are so nice, and really go out of their way to make sure everybody loves this place, they even have a cleaning crew that?s there all day on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays because its gets so packed, and they want to make sure that everything is always clean. The place is decorated so cute and I love their hot drinks. The parking is great, and I can get all my shopping done in one place. I have never had a bad experience, and don?t really know why anyone else would. As long as Nail Garden is around, I will continue to visit them. And don?t ever worry about those few really picky/crazy customers, they're everywhere. You guys are awesome!

I went to Nail Garden for the first time yesterday. So,so, so wonderful! I got a fullset of Gel nails with Connie and, what a difference my nails look!. Kim gave me the Indulgent Bliss pedicure with hot parrafin, and it felt absolutely soothing. All the girls were so friendly and the service was amazing! I have been coming to Nail Garden for months now so when I read some of these outrageous "bad" reviews I had to finally speak my mind. These bad reviews are so opposite of what Nail Garden truly is! They get the facts wrong each and every time. I think only some competitor would say these things out of jealousy. Great sounds of cool music (they have satelite radio:), whatever you're in the mood for-they can play, soothing waterfalls, the smell of lavender candles-sometimes vanilla) in the air & outstanding (non-pretentious) customer service. I've been a guest at Nail Garden for more than a year & never thought to do a review until now. I literally was one of their very 1st customers. Anyway, my friends are sick of me always promoting this place, so they told me it would probably be a good idea to go on citysearch and tell people what I'm always telling them. Not only do you begin to feel at ease moments after stepping into what feels like a garden getaway, you are also greeted warmly by the staff. The Garden Deluxe Spa Combo is my favorite and although I have sensitive skin, they are always so gentle. My nails always look sooo good. I love how clean everything is and I really love that you never get that strong chemical smell when you're in there. I've probably tried every manicurist in there-they are all young and cool-not pushy, and I have never been disappointed. If I'm running really late, they always take me-even a few minutes before they close, like at 7:55pm! what nail place takes that could care of you?Kudos to Nail Garden!

I was in Nail Garden a little earlier today, and just wanted to say, that they were absolutely wonderful! I don?t often write reviews like this, but I felt they really deserved to hear how great they were. I got the Indulgent Bliss Spa Combo++TRY Tracy and Kelly++++Oh, how BLISS:). They were so sweet, took their time, and were very meticulous working on my nails. I don't consider myself picky, (although my friends tell me I am) but I do expect good service when I pay for something. I have to applaud Nail Garden for not only giving me great service, but going beyond my expectations. I browsed through a few of the other reviews on the website, and definitely relate to many of them, and some not at all. I guess everybody enjoys different things, but anybody who wants to receive good quality work, in a good quality place, with good quality staff, then try Nail Garden. All around, it was just an excellent experience for me.

I came to this place from a friend?s recommendation, and LOVE you guys! Wow, I never knew a place like this existed. So trendy, so clean, and the manicurists that worked on me spoke English, I just love it. I don?t live so close by, but I'll definitely make the drive. My sister-in-law just recently brought us all here for to get our nails done for her wedding. What a cute place! We drank champagne, the music was so hip, and I got the most beautiful flower designs. There are a lot of nail spas along Ventura Blvd and I tried them all, but this one is the absolute best by far! I notice that many of them try to copy Nail Garden. But there's only ONE true Nail Garden! To be honest, it's flattering that they all try to copy us. My friend told me about this place. I'm a USC student and I love the discount I get. I came to nail garden for the first time and it was such a cute place. I had my nails done with Connie she gave me a Silk Wrap Full Set and it was absolutely the best nails I had gotten done before. Oh and my pedicure was by the nicest lady (Leanna?) and she gave me my best French pedicure. Everyone was so friendly and helpful especially the girls at the front desk helped me with picking out my polishes, speaking of polishes they have the best selection you could think of, every color you think of they got it!!! I have never seen a Nail Salon with so many Vietnamese that speak English and understand what I need done. I was surprised how every manicurist was friendly and helpful. The only thing that you could improve on is your music; I think you should have something more energetic.
Other then that I had the best Silk and Pedi every hope to see you soon Nail Garden.

I had absolutely no intention of submitting a review, however as I was reading some of the good and bad reviews that were posted.. I thought Id put in my two cents. Ive been to Nail Garden a few times and I keep going back! As far as the service being pricey, if you can't afford it, dont bother coming in instead of complaining. Ive been there on both weekends and weekdays, and I must admit.. it gets really busy on weekends, so for those of you who want a nice long 2 hour mani/pedi, try going on a weekday. While I was getting my nails done, I was talking to the ladies and they were speaking to me in English!!! and any time they would use their own language.. one of em would turn to me and start translating. The salon was kept very clean and organized. There was girl always walking around and putting everything back. Im in my mid twenties and love the atmosphere. Its a hip, trendy salon, with great music, FREE FRENCH VANILLA! candles. etc etc. clean, sanitary... i did have to wait a little this last time I went, but the receptionist was so nice! she told me it would be a wait, she offered me a drink while I waited, helped me pick out a color, and gave me the newest gossip magazine to keep myself occupied while I waited. It felt like I was seated in no time! Ive had an overall good experience every time I go. And to all the other nagging customers, a little patience and compassion never hurt, youd get better service if you were nicer to the girls. If youre in a rush, dont expect them to take their time. Thats all I have to say, thank you Nail Garden!

I really look forward to coming to the Nail Garden every single time. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I thought that I needed to share my great experiences. The service is exceptional, and you really feel like all the staff care about you. I recently read a review that seemed so absurd, and thought I must comment. The management and staff are super sweet...I bring in my 5 year old daughter all the time(and her two friends ) and I only pay $10 for their manicure plus a free nail design for the little ones. What a deal, and they love it! They ask for their regular hot chocolate, and enjoy their time. They do a very thorough job, and I couldn't be happier. My daughter Elizabeth, begs me to bring her with me. Its her little treat when shes good:) I just wanted to share this, and say that the girls their are one of the most skilled, caring, hard-working manicurists I've ever seen, and its my pleasure to give my business to Nail Garden.

I got a massive headache in this place from breathing the fumes and being so jammed into that tight space. The manager was rude and the workers seemed way too rushed. It just wasnt a nice time. I should have done my own nails. I would have saved a ton of money! this was no kingdom for me. I dont know who thinks this salon is nice!!??????

I live in Beverly Hills, but I do a lot of shopping in Studio City as well. I recently visited the Nail Garden, and I have to tell you...I haven't seen or been to a place as unique as this, it has a very garden-like feel which was really nice. They have a garden trellis in the middle of the salon, and they have so much greenery in the store. Great manicure and pedicure and perfect service! I felt so attended to, and can't tell you how happy I am to have found such a perfect nail salon. I truly can?t say anything negative about them. It was a very positive energy being in there! Last week was my first time at this nail salon, and I would have to say that I had a very nice time there. The massage was wonderful, and the manicure/pedicure was done just the way I like. The person who serviced me is Helen. She took her time with me, and I did not feel like I was being rushed at all. However, it was a little on the pricey side. If they could lower the price just a little bit, I would probably stop by more often. Overall, I would recommend it if you can afford it. Service was great (at least mine was). The salon is clean and didn't have the smell of chemicals. The location and parking is not a problem, and this is also important for me.

I'm so excited about this new nail spot that I found in Studio City! It's so convenient..I go to Ralphs for shopping, I drop off my dry cleaning, pick up a movie from Blockbuster, grab my Starbucks coffee, and then get my nails done at the Nail Garden! Talk about great shopping center-all in one place. Just love it! It was such a fun place to be in, and I'm kind of sad that I just found them. But trust me, this will be my weekly retreat from now on. Great ambiances--so cute, so cool--love my nails.

I just got my nail done yesterday at this place that had alot of hi expectation because of the good hype and so-called winner of city search. The place is cramb and noise. My head hurt after 10 minutes. The nail technician working on the next costumer on my left keep bumping into my spa chair with her small rolling chair. I could not relax for one minute. I am dissatify with my $60.00 service. There were nail polish paint over my finger's skins. Its doesn't make any sence how others say great thing about this place. I like to talk to those people.

I remember reading one of the reviews that Jessica Simpson was at the Nail Garden. I thought that was so cool. And this time, I actually saw her there myself. She was getting a manicure and pedicure. This salon really caters to the stars too; right when you walk in, you?ll totally understand why. It's so uniquely designed, and how many salons have a mocha cappuccino bar?! It's just fabulous being in there, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I just wish they had one open in West Hollywood, because that's where I live, but its still worth the drive. This place just keeps getting better and better every time I go in there. You guys are wonderful...and you always give me impeccable service. It always smells so nice when I walk in (not that strong smell like you usually get in those low end salons). All the manicurists are very professional, and the two receptionists in the front are so sweet. I bought the cutest pair of crystal Swarovski Havianas. Everyone has been asking me where I bought them. Great Service, Great Decor, Great Mani/Pedi!! What more can I say...this is my new nail spot. Just recently visited the Nail Garden, and I can't stop talking about this place. Let me tell you something about the most wonderful place I've ever been!! I live in New York but I come here at least once a month to go to Nail Garden. The minute I walked in it was like walking into paradise! I had the coffee AND the hot chocolate and it was the best I have ever had! I asked for the recipe but they wouldnt give it to me. boohoo!!! OH and I swear I saw Denzel Washington there one afternoon!! The paparazzi were swarming the building! I haven't even gotten to the part about how wonderful my mani/pedi was! The girls were FANTASTIC!!! They all speak excellent english and they are so nice and quiet. The place is so spacious and relaxing and soft soothing music makes me want to live there! Last Friday 3/23/07 was my first visit to nail garden and I absolutely loved it. The place was clean and you are given the choice of choosing from many nail polishes. My manicure and pedicure was the best that I have ever received and the service was splendid. Everyone was very nice especially the two girls at the front desk. They made sure I was seated right away and even brought me green tea to totally relax. All in all that was one of the best treatments I have ever received. From now on this will be my weekly visit!!

I just flew in from Baghdad & all I wanted was to get my nails done. Lo & behold, I found Nail Garden. I have never been to such a perfect nail spa...not even in Beverly Hills. They provide a royal treatment that can't even be found in Saudi Arabia. Everything is so new & spotless, you can eat off the floor. The drinks are from the hot springs of Silicon Valley. I'm pretty sure it was Julia Roberts & Angelina Jolie holding hands & doing cartwheels out front. What a joy!

These guys really do deserve all their ranks. I always enjoy my time in there, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. They carry only the best quality products, and my polish always lasts two weeks. You never get that stuffy chemical smell when you walk in, and they are always so welcoming and professional. I usually go to Helen for my waxing(their wax smells like espresso coffee--yum!), and I go to Lucy and Hana for my mani/pedi. But I know they're all great, but I'm just used to them. Nail Garden is the best!

I have to give it up to this place. I really didn't know what to expect coming in, and I was pleasantly surprised. I had Kelly and Trisha work on my nails, and I've never had such great conversation with my manicurists. They were so sweet and they did an impeccable job. Everything was so clean, and I felt very safe when they were working on my nails. I couldn?t have asked for anything more. Such great service overall. I will definitely be back, and bring my mom. FINALLY - a salon with great service, design and ambiance. I absolutely loved this place. It?s the cutest and cleanest place you will find in LA , and most importantly they AUTOCLAVE! I feel so much safer when I see all the tools opened in front of me from a clear sealed pouch, like the dentists do. I even saw a cleaning lady there just cleaning each spa chair after every pedicure. I've never seen that before! SOOO worth it. The only thing that I would warn any future Nail Garden-seekers is to make an appointment. It can get really busy in there. It?s a must try for everyone in LA!

the guy that was doing my pedicure wasn't in such a bad mood. I asked him if I could get 10 minutes of reflexology and he just rolled his eyes. I asked him again and he said sure, but made it obvious he wasn't happy about it. He seemed like he was sick because he kept sniffing and rubbing his nose on his arm. I also told the girl who was doing my nails, "Tammy" who was incredible sweet, to do a french tip on my nails and I wanted my toes to match, apparently this was more than this guy could handle because he wouldn't do it. Tammy said she was more than happy to do the french tip on both my feet and hands. So my advice is NOT to see the guy that works there and you should be ok!

I think I'm addicted to my nail salon! Is that even possible? I go in there when I don't even need my nails done. I've just become so accustomed to all the girls in there. I actually sometimes go out with my manicurist! Honestly, they are just one of the cleanest, cutest, and friendliest nail spots in town. I think they have around 25 manicurists. I know because, I think I've gone to all of them, and have never been disappointed. I live in West Hollywood, and just can?t imagine going anywhere else!

I just can't say enough about this place. I was driving by one day, and saw these beautiful green vines hanging all over the place. I noticed it was the same nail salon that I saw on that show the "Bad Girls Club" on the Oxygen channel. I made sure to make a trip there...was so impressed! I truly have seen too many bad nail salons that I completely lost hope that there were any good ones. You walk in, and they have beautiful polished floors (not carpet), water fountains, candles, great music, and they have all their tools packaged in those sealed pouches, like dentists do! I LOVE it. I drive all the way from Pacific Palisades to come here, totally worth it!! Thanks for finally doing a nail salon the right way:)

This has been my regular salon for about a year now, and I wouldn't think of trying any other place. I just love their chocolate smelling wax, the selection of polishes, their delicious mocha cappuccinos, and most of all their service. The girls there are so awesome, Lucy is a ball of energy, Janie gives great pedicures. Why would I go anywhere else? I discovered Gel nails here, and have never been one for artificial nails, but I can't believe how natural it looks! I love my nails looking very clean cut, and neat with a french look, and that?s exactly what Gels do for me. Everyone must try Nail Garden out, I just love them. After my nails are dry, I don't even want to leave!!

I went to this salon for the first time yesterday and I had a good manicure. My favorite was the when they applied hot scrub and then wrapped my hands in hot towels. It felt great. My pedicure experience was dissappointing, but the manager was the BEST. When I explained to her my displeasure, she really made me feel like a valued customer and she went out of her way to make sure that I would return to the salon.

I like the place due to its location, setting and free coffee. I encountered a not-so-nice experience with the girl who did my pedicure but when I talked to the manager about the problem, she was nice enough to compensate me and apologized for the uncomfortable situation her employee caused. I wished the massage was longer especially on a Deluxe Spa package, the whole mani-pedi lasted less than an hour from start to end. Other places I have visited charge less with the same work results and longer treatment time accordingly, not rushed. I think if customers were to go there to get a quick service, they wouldn't be getting the Spa Deluxe package, they'd get a basic. The whole point of going was to relax, which unfortunately was not achieved as well as expected. And it would be nice if the nail technicians did not talk in Vietnamese so much among themselves, it can be quite rude to the customer and I have heard this complaint before. But other than that I would still recommend this place. The owner has done well with the place in general. And good music choice too.

Thank God for Nail Garden. Why is it so hard to find good nail salons these days. We live in LA and we should have a ton of clean, trendy places to get our nails done. I don't get frequent mani/pedi, but I go to Nail Garden when I do. Their service is always consistent and they're really friendly. When I went in last week, they were extremely busy but not once did I feel like they wanted to rush me out. It makes for a very relaxing experience. This has not only been my favorite nail salon, but it's like a hang out for me and my friends. The manicurists do such a great job, and it's a really cool atmosphere in there. my friends and i went to nail garden few days ago, i found nail garden on city search , so we thought to give it a try , cause they had such good reviews, we printed out the offer they have for parrafin hot wax , and got there. from the minute we walked in, we were so welcomed there, everybody was so friendly that i felt like i've been there before, they had so many spa chairsss and we got to sit next to eachother, all the manicurists and pedicurists were extreamly profesional, they did such a nice job, my friend got a pink and white set , her nails never looked so great in her life, she did an amazing job on her nail, and the best part was the hot parrafin wax, we loved itt, i wont even compare nail garden with any other salon , cause its the bestt!!!!!!!!

This is the first time I've seen a nail salon like this in LA. There are so many hole-the-wall places on every corner, but not enough good ones. Nail Garden was referred to me by a friend of a friend and I thought I'd try it out. I was very impressed by their service, cleanliness, and decor. Their brochures even have a mission statement! Some people might be impressed by powdered coffee drinks, loud dance music, and bright halogen lights that shine in your eyes, I was not! All I have to say is the Nail Garden is unlike any other nail salon I've ever been to! I can't believe it took me years to finally find a nail salon that I love and completely trust is clean. I was planning a bridal party for my best friend and one of the girls gave me the idea to have it at the Nail Garden. I had never been there, so I decided to check it out. Let me just say, WOW. We had such a great time, we didn't want to leave. They accommodated 14 of us on a Sat. morning, which I know was very difficult considering how busy they usually are. They served us champagne, delicious cookies, and they even gave the bride-to-be a bottle of wine w/a card attached. We toasted to a great morning and were off to lunch. It was just the perfect place...I'm definitely a new customer.

They did such a great job with my acrylics and pedicure (I got a really cool design my my feet too!)I have never seen any manicurist give me so much attention. What a cute place! My co-worker recommended this salon to me and I just fell in love. Really loved the candles, nice scent when you walk in, flowers, the whole ambiance was cool.I got a great mani/pedi with Holly and Heather-they're awesome. Great customer service, I got offered cappacino-what nail salon offers you drinks like that! I've been to many nail salons throughout the US and The Nail Garden ranks as the best!
Cleanliness is at a higher level at this salon, the staff speaks English, there is plenty of parking and the receptionist makes sure you have everything you need during your stay.

I have been to another nail salon down the street and it was very pretty inside with plants and music and candles but the service was awful and it seemed dirty beneath the decoration. Nail Garden is beautiful too and it is clean and it is a relief to come to after that place! Free coffee too! And I am treated like a queen in their chairs which are the best I have sat in. I've been waiting for a salon like this! I just love the fact that the tools that they use on me are always in a sealed clear pouch opened right in front of my eyes. Talk about sanitation!! Nail Garden has to be the prettiest nail salon I've ever seen. You can get a great manicure while sitting under a garden-like treles with hanging vines around you. The service is impeccable and the staff is so friendly. I found this place when I recently attended my girlfriend's bridal party there. We had so much fun and even enjoyed sipping on champagne. I really can't understand how this place could get such good reviews. Granted, my pedicure was okay. However, why in the world would they do my nails at the same time? I couldn't really relax, as they were constantly pulling and tugging at me. AND why would they make you reach across instead of switching sides? They rushed, seemed bored, and quite frankly I had a horrible manicure. The ambiance of this place I would discribe as "poser". Overpriced and over hyped, I will save my money and go somewhere else.

When i walked into the nail garden i was welcomed by their friendly staff and treated very well. I sat there and read the journal and sipped my free coffee, while i had my nails tended to like never before. Thanks a million Nail Garden and see you next week!

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to! The staff is so friendly and professional. Great colors to choose from, very relaxing atmosphere, fantastic music, and great coffee and treats! I loved it, and for the first time, actually enjoyed waiting for my nails to dry. I highly recommend this place for everyone. I finally found the PERFECT nail salon!

I have been to so many disappointing nail salons around L.A. that I didn't have high expectations. I must say I was very impressed with the Nail Garden. The free drinks are a great touch, the people who work there are very friendly and the service was the best I have ever had. I got a set of gels from Cecile. She is the most amazing manicurist I have ever seen. She is very friendly, talked to me the entire time and made my nails look better than they ever have. This is a great salon.

This is a great Salon. It is a high end salon but is reasonbly priced. I can't wait to take my girlfriends there. The manicurists do a great job, and they speak english!
Do this after a long stressful day and you will not be disappointed!

One of the greatest experiences that you will ever have! Never have I seen such service.... I mean coffee, cappuccino, and great music. This is the one stop after a long day . Just visit, get pampered and go home with your hands and feet relaxed and refreshed!! Excellenct, excellent service.

This is just what Studio City needs. A beautiful salon with wonderful "english" speaking manicurists who do excellent work. I got a GREAT Pedicure and also some beautiful Gel nails that look completely natural! Give this new salon a try you wont be dissapointed

Nail garden was the best nail salon I've ever been , high skilled maniqurists nade my nail looko glamour, also they have kids manue , my 9 year old could have her nails done at the same time so she wasnt bored while i was getting mine done. we enjoied hot drinks and snak bar they had while we were in service. I felt so relax and I want everyone try nail garden.

I recomand this nail spa to everyone, its very clean and nice, they do great job, excelent custome service, resonable price!! They treat me lie a guest everytime i walk in , and the good point they take walk in if you forgot to make an oppintment. ;)
