I ordered a pizza from DiNapoli & after picking it up and arriving at home, we saw that it was burnt & did not contain pepporoni (even though this was main ingredient requested). I also ordered mushroom as an extra topping (which I was charged for!). What is worse is that when I called to voice my concerns, employee placed me on hold on 6 different occasions and finally advised me that there was no record of my order! It was insane the # of times that I was placed on hold! I asked her "how can she forget that I had placed an order 20 min prior?" I questioned myself how can they box a pizza, clearly knowing that it is burnt? She hesitantly offered 20%. I stated that I had already paid for the pizza. Then after placing me on hold again, she offered a free pizza. I declined, fearing that a tainted pizza would be prepared. I just cannot believe the trouble that I experienced when voicing the problems with the pizza that was ordered. By the way, we did not eat the pizza !! The portion that was not burnt was awful !! Absolutely the worst pizza place in SSF.
