Run away.... very far away! Michael Page, owner of M2, gave me the WORST haircut of my life!!! I asked for a trim and instead he hacked off inches of my hair. He trimmed my hair with me facing away from the mirror to keep things 'a surprise' or so he said. When he turned me around I literally screamed in disbelief. Not only was it NOT what I asked for, it just simply looked dreadful. He then had the nerve to ask me to PAY for the haircut. Not only did I not pay but he should be paying me for my terrible hair and the $300 + I had to pay to fix his mistake. This is everyone's worst nightmare of a salon. He should be run out of business for his incompetency! DO NOT go there!

I really cannot believe I was treated the way I was so I would like all of you to know. Walking down Sutter on a Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. thinking I might want to treat myself to a haircut. I come to M2. I notice in the window 2 really cool great Danes. I stop and they immediately start barking at me. Keep in mind this all happens for no more then 2 minutes tops! Someone comes out of the backroom and starts making shooing gestures. At first I don't realize they are meant for me. I walk away. He follows me outside and proceeds to say I am an idiot and most people know when a dog barks to walk away. I said to him most people should know better then to have two very large dogs in the window of their business if their not friendly. He actually told me to F**** off. I never provoked these animals. I mearly stopped to admire them. An like I said I was only standing there for about 30 seconds before he accosted me with words. I probably would have gone in and had my haircut considering it was empty and I wouldn't have felt rushed. I will not now!
