Dr Younai is amazing. I had the Brazilian Butt life and its the best thing I have ever spent money on. My body is how Ive always wished for it to be. EVERYbody comments on my new derriere! But the results were also subtle so no one has questioned its authencity. Going to Dr YOunais surgery was always a pleasure. The ladies he has working there are fabulous and I felt like I was going to visist family when I went there. After the procedure I went to have lympathic drainage massages which is recommended. I did it independently of Dr Younais office. The masseuse asked me who my surgeon was... she said after 20 years of treating lip patients that his work was one of the best she had ever seen. She called it a 'masterpiece' 5 Stars... he is fab!

I ?v had a breast augmentation as well as a tummy tuck with Dr Younai and both times I?v expirenced the most wonderful experience with the surgery, the staff and especially Dr youani. He?s is a very talented, compassionate and caring man. The whole office was professional, and very warm. I felt as though my comfort was of the utmost importance to Dr Younai. If I ever needed any additional plastic surgery I would travel any distance to have Dr younai and his wonderful staff take care of me. I am forever grateful I found such a caring and sincere physician. I am so pleased with the fantastic results of both my surgeries.

Worlds will never be able to describe how grateful I?m to have met Dr younai. I had been about 260lbs since having my first child. And even 5 years later my yo-yo dieting had not given me any results. I was turned away from a lot of Dr?s who were asking me to lose 50 pounds before they would even touch me. I just need that jump start help me loose my weight and get me on my way to fit in to my favorite jeans again. I had been seriously thinking about gastric bypass and the lap band but I knew I didn?t want by breast and butt to sag even more than it already was. I was referred to Dr Younai by my sister-in-law and I Knew on my first visit with Dr younai that he was going to be the guy. He was very comforting and attend to all my questions & concerns. Dr younai recommend I would need large volume Liposuction. He took all the precautions and concerns so I would a safe surgery. With the large volume liposuction alone I lost 30 pounds. I hated my nose ever since I remember. I interviewed several Board Certified Plastic Surgeons in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills,.Dr. Younai was most likely the most informative, professional, and kind one. He reviewed many before-and-after pictures of other patients that had a similar nose, and was very honest with me in pointing out the pros and cons of each technique. I felt that he was'nt trying to sell me anything, but to instead make me feel comfortable with my decision. His staff was also great and gave me much support. I would recommend Dr. Younai without hesitation.

I never had a butt before, and was always conscious about it. I search the internet for Plastic Surgeons in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles who performed Brazillian Buttock Augmentation. I found Dr. Younai's results just amazing, so I decied to consult with him. He was very pleasant and very honest. He spent much time going over all the pros and cons of this surgery. He also showed me many before-and-after picutres of patients who he had operated on. After Brazillian Buttock Augmentation I had a beautiful and curvy buttocks. There were no incisions or scars on my thighs, buttocks, or abdomen, but just a few tinny stab incision in my belly button, buttock crease, and other areas that are not apparent. I not only had a full and curvecious buttocks but my liposuction of abdomen and back were also beautiful and smooth. I had a great buttock shape and fullness.
In getting prepared for my surgery, Dr. Younai had also put me in touch with other patients who had buttock augmentation by him. I spoke to three other women, from Los Angeles, New Mexico, and Orange County. All these women also had a great experience and loved their new bottocks. I appereciated Dr. Younai's frankness and honestly and to take great interest in making sure that my surgery was safe. He delivered not just what he had promised me but even a cosmetic result that I could never imagin that I could have achieved. Dr. Younai is a superb and gifted plastic surgeon and a good person.

Dr Younai is an exceptional surgeon, am so0o very much pleased with my Brazilian buttock augmentation Results. I had a flat and unattractive butt ever since I can remember. Dr. Younai did a lower eyelid tuck or blepharoplasty with a mid-face lfit. this cosmetic surgery took off about 15 years from me. the results were very natural and classy. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Younai from the minute that I met him and he was very honest and reivewed with me the good and the bad. He even offered me to talk to one of his previous patients who had this surgery. the surgery was very easy and basically gave me a facelift result. Dr. Younai's staff were also very available and informative. Dr. Younai is an expert in facial plastic surgery and plastic surgery of the eyes and the face.

I just had a tummy tuck and breast lift with implants done by Dr. Younai six weeks ago. The results are magnificant, and I can't stop looking at myself in the mirror. In fact, I had e-mailed my picutres to my mom in Iowa and she taught that I had put my head shot picture on a model's body and had sent her the picture as a joke. Well my new body is not a joke and it rocks, because of Dr. Younai.
Before surgery I intervewed 4 plastics surgeons in Beverly Hills and none of them spend the real time with me as Doctor Younai did. First, he was very honest with me and pointed out imporant facts to me even though he new that I did'nt want to hear them. His staff, especially his anesthesiologist, were excellent and caring.

I always had difficulty with my weight and body shape. I went to see Dr. Younai because I had heard that he was an excellent plastic surgeon in beverly hills. He was very forthcoming and was very honest and informative. He did'nt make me feel bad about my excess weight as other plastic surgeon had done in beverly hills. I found the staff very nice. I had liposuction of my abdomen and flanks. what a job, and what a figure! I could'nt believe it! My boyfriend is also amazed. Dr. Younai is truely an artist. I would highly recommend him.

3 of my girlfriends in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, and Santa Monica went to different doctors to get their breast implants. My friend who went to Dr. Younai had by far the most beautiful result. He was very frank, honest, and informative about the tummy tuck or abdominoplasty procedure and showed me many before-and-after tummy tuck pictures. His prices for tummy tuck were very reasonable considering what he was going to do.

I just love the way my new breast implants make me look. Thanks to Dr. Younai's golden hands I went from size 34a to 36c/d. I have never had so much confidence and self esteme. When I first started to look for a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills I was dissatisfied with plastic surgeon who didn't understand or give me the time to understand what I wanted. Dr. Younai is great cosmetic plastic surgeon. He gave me beautiful breasts with a lovely clevage and full shape. i never believed that I could get my breasts back after going through pregnancy. I was always self conscious about not having developed breasts. I researched many plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills and all over Los Angeles. I am very happy to have choosen Dr. Younai, beacause is a wounderful and kind plastic surgeon who has a great eye for beauty.
Unlike some of the clinics where the consultant goes over thins with you , at Dr. Younai's office, he himslef went over all my options with me and explained all the pros and cons. I liked the fact that he was very open and honest and was not affraid of answering all questions.
His staff were equally open and supportive. The nurses and the anesthesilogist were very professional, kind, and attentive.
The entire office was always available to assist me with my conserns.
I am so happy to have made the choice of getting breast augmentation with Dr. Younai.
