i found Dr. Kaplan to be everything one would want from a doctor...first off, i was takne within a few minutes of my appointment time- a seemingly lost art in the medical profession...he gave me plenty of attention and time to discuss my situation (with humor even)...he came up with an expert diagnosis and remedy, one that i had never heard previously from other qualified doctors while taking the necessary time to explain ...i have been to many dermotologists and found him to be the most attentive, considerate and knowledgeable.

Overall excellent facility. very nice staff, very moderrn and clean facilitty. Comfortable and with amenitites. Dr was very kind and knowlegeable. I appreciated his professionalism

I did my research before making the dermatologist appointment and I wasn't disappointed at all. Dr. Kaplan is great. He is very easy to talk to and really cares about his patients. I seen tons of derms in LA and Beverly Hills to get Botox and Restylane. Dr. Kaplan is not cheap, but like all things, you have to pay for quality! My lips look AMAZING!!! They look so natural, but still full and sexy. I don't have to use lipliner anymore. I just pat on a little lip gloss, and am ready to go. Nothing's worse than getting a bad lip job, and looking like you've got a monkey's butt on your face. All my girlfriends got their lips done after seeing mine. And he injects Botox superfast and pretty painless. No frozen look! He says he has been injecting Botox for over 10 years, so I guess practice makes perfect! Also, Dr. Kaplan is so caring and funny, that I felt completely at ease even during my first visit. This is a HUGE plus, because there is nothing more disgusting than seeing an arrogant BH doctor, with a huge ego, who spends 2 seconds with you before passing you off to a nurse.

Dr. Kaplan is a really great dermatologist. He totally makes you feel at ease, and makes you laugh! I went with my mom after seeing him on the ET, and he was so cool about answering all our questions. When you're getting something cosmetic, like Sculptra or Collagen you're always afraid that you're going to look plastic. But my mom looks about 10 years younger now, and i've gone in to get my lips done. We both look fab!

I have been seeing Dr. Kaplan for over 5 years. I was referred to him when a condition I had on my lips did not improve. My previous dermatologist had me apply a steroid cream every day to control flare-ups of sores. I used the steroid cream for 7 years. Tired of using the cream, I saw Dr. Kaplan to see if there were other treatments available. During the visit, he gave me an injection to temporarily stop the flare-ups so he could monitor the condition, and figure out what was causing it. Eventually, we found out it was just atopic dermatitis, and he prescribed a non-steroid cream. This cream worked like a dream, but because I had been using the other steroid cream for 7 years, the skin on my lips were damaged and thin, and had developed a resistance. To this day, I need to alternate between 2 creams Dr. Kaplan has prescribed: one non-steroidal, and one with a low steroid, to control the condition. Thanks to him though, the skin on my lips have improved dramatically, and it is not as thin as it use to be. I can now eat spicy foods, and hot drinks, without the fear of a painful burning sensation. I am so grateful to him for taking the time and effort to get at the root of my problem, instead of just passing me off with another expensive cream. He really cares about his patients.

Stuart Kaplan is a great dermatologist. He has removed moles in a matter of seconds with hardly any pain. He is expensive, but if you have good insurance, I would definitely recommend him. He has a good bedside manner that makes you feel at ease before he cuts something off of you, and he has tools to create a scab within seconds which starts the healing process pronto.
