RayKo Photo Center's mission is to support and expand the art of photography from 18th to 21st century printing techniques, and we are the premiere darkroom space in San Francisco. We offer Color & Black and White darkroom rentals (Group, Private, and Mural Rooms), a professional 25 x 35' rental studio, Imacon, Nikon, and Epson rentals on G5 workstations. Along with hourly rentals, we offer services for large format digital printing, traditional mural printing, scanning, retouching, and tutoring. RayKo is commited to photographic education through our classes and workshops, from Wet-Plate printing to Adobe Lightroom. Our Main Gallery exhibits nationally known artists and local photography groups, while our Marketplace Gallery shows work from Bay Area artists. RayKo Photo Center is home to San Francisco's first Art*O*Mat vending machine, and a vintage 1947 Auto-Photobooth.
The Rayko Photography Center is an excellent resource for photographers who need access to photographic facilities. They have high quality darkroom facilities that can be rented at a very reasonable price as well as digital technologies. They are very professional and personable to deal with.
