Nestled in the heart of downtown, Noi is the recreation of eight year old hit "Asian Noodles" which has built a reputation as THE restaurant for authentic filipino cuisine. Modern and sophisiticated is the ambiance in which this healthy and divere menu is delivered in. Presentation is key at Noi where not only your tastebuds will be in for a treat but your senses will be as well. Simply put, Noi brings the essence of cuisine from Manila in modern and sophisiticated fashion.
Good food

Good food and good portion. Some of my friends however had mixed reviews. I found that service was excellent but some referred to owner as the "Sinigang Nazi" whatever that means.

Good Food, Service needs tweaking
by Lynn H.
Been going to this restaurant for 4 yrs whenever I'm in Chinatown, brought friends (mostly non-Filipinos) and family. Food was always good, but service is inconsistent--some times they're eager to serve, other times they're inattentive and many of the previous reviews ring a bell...both positive and negative. I hope the management takes note, as I like the presentable & clean setting (don't mind paying $3/$4 parking within the block--that's just LA!!). The TV screen can be distracting -- esp. when they show the Filipino popular Wowoweee (sp?) and takes away attention from the arts on the wall; if you like that show, this place is for you. But I'm not bringing friends here for meeting as much as I used to because of the distraction. I hope they at least keep the quality of the food and expand their menu (not many choices for vegetarians). Still has one of the best Mami soups!!

My mom has been trying to get me to eat here whenever we're in the downtown area. This is a Filipino restaurant in Chinatown. The place is a little hard to find and the only parking available is on the street. Luckily, I found a very close spot after going around the block twice. The place was pretty clean which is not usually the case in Chinatown. The food was very good but the service was just okay. The waiter forgot about our drinks and when we were ready to pay the bill he disappeared for a while.
