Absolutely WORST Vet I have ever been to. The wait time has always been at least 45 mins to an HOUR past the scheduled appointment time, but the place was convenient and I had been taking my kitties there since they were little so I put up with it. This last time was the final straw. The valley girl receptionist told me I could drop the cats off and leave them there for an hour. I show up 15 minutes early and they inform me that I can't do this, that I needed to pay 15 bucks per animal to "board" them, and that this would extend the amount of time I would have to wait to almost 3 HOURS! I informed the receptionist that this was not what I had been told over the phone. She scowled at me and disappeared into the back for 10 minutes. She came back up and told me I was out of luck. So I told them fine, I would wait there despite having made plans to have lunch with a friend who was only in town that afternoon. The doctor finally comes in and is immediately hostile after asking me how I was. I obviously responded "not too happy with the service today." She then proceeded to tell me I "Needed Help!!" and that I was a horrible person and that it was people like me that made her only get along with animals. Classic. It's obvious why this woman only gets along with animals, because she has ZERO customer service or people skills. After telling her to examine my animals and get the visit over with, she continued to be combative and manhandled my cat. Despite this horrible service I still paid the almost 200.00 for the damn visit, while she was in the back room talking to her staff about what an "a**hole" I was. HORRIBLE. Stay away at all costs.

I was thinking about taking my dog here for a procedure since it is closer to my house then my usual vet. I called to compare pricing. I called a total of 3 vet clinics and this place is way expensive. Maybe they do great work, but not

We took my dog and cat to Eastlake Village Veterinary Clinic (and Pet Spa) to get them updated on their shots and get my himalayan cat groomed. While they were very caring, I thought there were other excess cost that I don't necessarily need for my pets. Definitely catered to the "sophisticated, elite" pets which neither of my pets are. The Himalayan just needed to be groomed since he accidentally got out of the house and got all sorts of sticks and other stuff tangled all over him. Comparing now to other similar businesses I have been referred to, Eastlake Village is a tad pricey. But it doesn't take away from the fact that they did take care of my pets during the visit.

After Dr. Mosley removed two fatty tumors
from my dog she never ate on her own
again. They were not cancerous. After the
surgery I had to feed my dog pureed foods
with a turkey baster for 6 weeks to keep
her alive. Dr. Mosley lied to me about
Ultrasound results on my dog, I did not
get the truth until I spoke with the owner
of the Clinic, Dr. Bischel. Dr. Mosley
told me the dog needed to be put down
because the ultrasound revealed problems
with kidneys, liver, gall bladder, and
intestines. When I requested a copy of
the ultrasound report and went over the
results with Dr. Bischel, I was very
surprised that the report showed
everything to be normal, totally opposite
from what Dr. Mosley had said. Dr.
Bischel recommended the dog staying at the
clinic for IV therapy, I said fine as long
as you will be her vet. She said she would
but unfortunate for my dog Dr. Bischel
only worked half days and my dog was at
the mercy of Dr. Mosley. My dog needed
continuous IV therapy, Dr. Mosely
discontinued the IV without consulting me,
my dog only had 2 liters the entire time
she was there, (48 hours) the point of
leaving the dog at the clinic was so she
could get continuous IV therapy. When I
saw her she was so dehydrated and comatose
she had to be put down.
