Stay away from this pace. I went in for new tires and I have gone back 4 times because they keep leaking air. The Manger there, Jacob is crook. He constantly changed his story about what the problem was plus he kept promising he would work on the tires himself and I never once saw him do it. My wheels were in consequence bent because they kept mounting them incorrectly.

They will always offer you extra deals to keep you like free alignment and free oil change but they simply place you vehicle up and turn the computer on. My car was still leaning to the left afterward.

I have been coming to this place for years and they really earned my trust but these new owners are just trying to cheat you out of money. While I was in the waiting room I heard them quote a customer for a whole tune up when he just came in to for a free oil change he had been promised. The customer said the tune had been already done earlier in the year and than Jacob said they must have not done a good job.
I AM VERY UNSATISFIED!

YEARS ago when Big-o-Tires first opened I used them and LOVED their tires. I was a long time customer of theirs and never thought I would go any place else.

Things have changed. They totally ripped me off! They did NOT give me a work order BEFORE starting the work. The price quoted when finished was MUCH more then they told me. They TRIED to force me into putting larger size tires on my truck then what I wanted. When I told them I did NOT want larger tires the manager jacob expected me to feel bad that he had to go to another shop that was 2 minutes away and get the OEM tires that I had AKSED for to begin with. The larger tires he wanted to force on me was more expensive and bigger profit for him. They also said they align my truck when I sat and watched then and their is NO WAY they did!!! The alignment took the one mechanic 7 minutes. Totally impossible to align a truck in that LITTLE time. I've called 15 or more shops and they said the bare minimum to align a car is 40 minutes...but usually 1 1/2 hrs. (Not 7 minutes!) I asked for the PRINT OUT for my alignment like I have always gotten at any shop I've gone to over the years and guess what? They LOST IT and could NOT find it!! (yeah right!) He pretended to look around like it was really there but he never found it. Thats because they DID NOT align it to begin with...but they sure charged me for it. They also said they would give me free road hazard since I went to their shop verses Discount Tires which had offered me all kinds of things to go there. But when I looked at the final reciept I got NO where was the road hazard mentioned!!! Again...trying to rip me off! I told the guy and he ADDED it and played dumb about it. They were rude and nasty and took advantage of me because I was a woman alone in shop. I could go on but you get the point...STAY AWAY from this shop. If you go there you BETTER check MAKE SURE YOU GET A WORK ORDER IN YOUR HANDS BEFORE the work is started to make sure whats on the paper! And then stand outside and watch the work being done on your car. But if your smart you will go some place else that CARES about REPEAT business and being honest to customers.

The manger of this Big-o-tires apologized to me on the phone when I called him and told him how his son tried to put the wrong size tires on...charged me for a alignment that was NOT done....NO road harzard on the paper work as promised until I made it add it. How I was CHARGED MORE for the tires then orignally told and the list goes on. He said to come down to the shop and he would refund my alignment that was NOT done...and refund the difference I was charged for the tires. I told him after what had been done I did not want to step foot on his property..I had enough. (I've been going through cancer treatment and did NOT need this.) The manager then PROMISED me and my husband on the phone that he was cutting us TWO checks and mailing them to us that day. Those checks NEVER came. So much for the apologie and refund for ripping me off.

I gave then the benefit of the doubt and called down there to see if the checks got mailed to the wrong address and thats when the (manager) which is the owners son...Jacob told me pretty much to DO WHATEVER I FELT I HAD TO DO. He was RUDE and when he went to hang up the phone said "LATER".

Jacob the manager is the one that RIPPED me off...the father which is "John" is the one that apologized to me and offered to make things right. But in the end he did NOT make things right. But I will post this all over the internet...the ripp-off report and turn then into the BAR. I've went to the BAR twice in my life time and both times WON. So they WILL be sorry...it just takes time and patients on my part.

But please people...there are too many tire stores to choose from...stay far away from this one.
