Pet's Delight

I give this place one star for the one groomer I like (Christie). My husband and I made the mistake of taking our poor dog to get groomed by THE WORST groomer ever. We've been coming to Pet's Delight for the last month and this last visit is unforgivable. I understand scrubbing the dog clean, but to the point that the underside of his paws are raw? Our dog was unable to walk correctly, kept licking his paws to soothe his pain, and was so uncomfortable that he whined himself to sleep from sheer exhaustion. I don't know the name of the groomer, but he's this old Hispanic man who needs his license (if any) taken away. He's not worth the money we paid. Due to his hateful treatment towards our dog, we will never come to this establishment again. No wonder big stores like Petco and Petsmart are running these small stores out of business!

My next step now is to write to the store and attach copies of photos taken of our dog's paws. This same letter and photos are going to be sent to the Better Business Bureau, too.

All I can say is Bonnie was very helpful and really went out of her way to answer questions, I think the service was Excellent and will continue to visit them for any of my pets needs.

We found the store to be clean and had a lot of things to look at, they are helpful and we feel we had excellent service

I feel that the service I have received there has always been good and would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice and well stocked pet store..keep up the good work!

Thank goodness that there is a place to buy quality things for my birds, I think they do a good good job and will continue to shop there , my birds just love there mealworms

What can I say that hasn't already been said here...They are really helpful and welcome you to the store.. willing to help carry out heavy things, like dog food. They seem to always be attending to the puppies.... They are very informative!

Came in to get some answers to a problem with a pet, they helped me and after browsing around the store I made a decision to get a new cage, they helped me set it up and supplied an sheet explaining how to care for my new pet

Its always been a pleasant experience. Best of all they help you quickly and if they don't know they try to get the information you need.
Seem like they find home for the puppies quickly, they have these rooms where you can visit with a pet to help you get an idea of their personality

I have been in the store many times and have always noticed how well they take care of the animals.. The puppies have large window cages that make it possible for them to play. On more then one visit I have seen them offer to let a customer play with a puppy in a room with toys and places for you sit...great job

Came in the store to find a dog and cat wondering around and greeting me, I found this to be unique..The were busy but took the time to answer my question..I would refer any of my friends to them..Very Helpful staff

I can alway count on great service, good prices and my dog food...you guys are truly wonderful. The store is clean and well stocked

I know the owner of this store and he is a kind and loving person. His pets are the best trained animals I have ever been around and he is a fair and compassionate person. The negative comments on this forum are from one disgruntled individual who obviously was so dumb they got burned, not by Pet's Delight, but by someone who sent them there to buy products. They need to take responsibility for buying for outside individuals that are NOT in the business of selling puppies. You get burned and complain about a store that had nothing to do with it. Grow up...or try caring for all these animals yourself and then criticize!! ugh...get a grip..

I am a consumer and a prior employee of Pet's Delight after reading the comments by Andrea M, Christina I, and Justin C. I would ask myself a question these seem to be all the same person with a complaint with a person they purchased a puppy from, if they are upset with the breeder they need to handle it with her, they said she sold them the puppy and the store had nothing to do with that and as far as the products they got I didnt see anywhere in the comments that they were items not needed and Im sure they had a choice when making the purchase. I understand they are angry but when the internet is used to purchase anything consumers should be extra cautious do there homework and ask a lot of questions.

This store is a terrible place. It does not even deserve one star. They sell sick puppy mill dogs and treat them horribly. This place needs to be closed down! All Pet's Delight stores need to be closed down. The owners should go to jail for how they are treating these animals, as well as for ripping off people. The owners have written the only positive posts on this or anyother site. DO NOT GO HERE!

These two stores make every effort to be sure that the animals are properly cared for and have been in business for over 30 years. Anyone that has a question about the care of their pets gets the information they need to feed and care for there animal. They offer low cost shot clinics weekly so people can keep there animals up to date on there shots and actually have vets there that will offer their help when needed. They refer customers to low cost clinics where they can have there pets spayed neutered. The staff has always been friendly and will to help when they can.

I walked by this pet store the other night and saw the puppies in small cages in view of the window, shivering in the dark with no blankets, or pads for them to sleep on. Only wire mesh from the cages. No water either. Horrible! Don't go here to support them. Or go see for yourself.
