      The costumer service in this place is TERRIBLE, the employees are bad, but the managers are even worse, especially Jeanna; I asked to see the manager and I had to wait for about ten minutes for me to talk to her, and when she decided she would come do her job, she was talking on her cell phone and being rude. This isn't the only time something like this has happened to me and it seems that she is always "the manager" when I need something to be fixed; she's always smoking outside or hanging out with employees or other people.
      Also the lines get HUGE, it's like they only have one person on the registers and no can help you out with anything; the employees are too busy using their cell phones.
      This is one of the worse Pep Boys I have ever been to.

      Came in not knowing a thing about my car or why it was overheating, a clerk at the service counter actually came outside to look under the hood found the problem which was minor and fixed it for me on the spot... Engine light is still on but car isn't overheating. They told me to come back in the morning and they would check the car again in the service center for no charge. GREAT SERVICE - HELPFUL EMPLOYEES - THANX PEP BOY'S!

      I walked up to the service counter because I wanted to buy 4 new tires and have them balanced and rotated. It was right before my work shift so I was kinda antsy, but I had arrived 40 before my scheduled shift to make sure I would have enough time to put in my order. I only had 2 people in line in front of me so I figured I should have plenty of time.

      20 minutes went by and there's the same 2 people in front of me. There are Pep Boys sales people walking all around, but nobody seems to care or maybe it's not "their job" to help out at the service desk. Finally, another cashier takes the guy in front of me so now I'm standing by myself in line.

      35 minutes have now elapsed and I'm still standing in line. I'm eaves dropping on the two customers in front of me to find out exactly why I have to wait so long. I couldn't make out the reason. I wound up leaving because I had to work my shift and there would be no chance for me to leave my car.

      This happened at 10am on a monday and there's absolutely no reason why I should have had to wait in line for 35 minutes with only 1 guy in front of me to get service. I counted at least 6 other Pep Boys employees standing around doing "other things" while I sat there doing nothing.

      PROS: none
      CONS: Poor attention to customer service

      I've been here a few times to get some parts for my honda. For the most part, i haven't had any problems. Only once did i end up getting the wrong parts for my car. So if you go here, make sure you know what you need (you could probably say the same for other auto places as well). Or look for someone who knows cars.... :)

      the people here are really rude. my daughter left her car here and the manager was a huge butt about everything. horrible people here, bad service. my daughter could've died cause of them. honestly!

      i'm not so fond of this place. the service here really isn't good and the people who work here treat you like crap. they take so long and you see them in the back eating.

      i went to visit my friend here and decided to leave my car here for an oil change. they TOOK FOREVER. my friend and i went out for how many hours, and when i wanted to pick up my car, it still wasn't done. i had an add that said 30 minutes or free and i couldn't even apply that to my car cause they wouldn't let me.

      their service is okay. not great or perfect, just okay. they took v. long even though they had no customers. they look like the slacked off a lot and they left my WINDOW OPEN in the RAIN. i was very mad. the prices are really good and cheap. if you want good service, this isn't the place. if you just need some minor maintanence, i guess so.

THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB ON MY CAR and I ALMOST DIED because of it. THEY MADE PROMISES THAT THEY COULD'NT KEEP. My suggestion if you go here is to get them to make you promises and when they really cannot keep it, start yelling at them to give you a discount on your purchase. The MANAGER WAS A VERY RUDE MAN who was constantly yelling and trying to argue with me. I will never ever go back here again.
