Pep Boys

I am not much of a car person but when I called into this Pep Boys they gave me the best service one can ask for. They answered the phone very quickly and offered to set my part on hold with my name on it. The checkout took less than three minutes and the store itself was very organized. I would recommend anyone go here for parts as they have the lowest price guarantee and actually stand by it (not like the Kragens down the street)as I have a bad experience with them.But that is another story. I had a good overall experience with this store and think it has great people working for them.

ordered a part, they told me 3-5 days. 9 days later they told me the part was there, upon arrival they told me it was not. 10 days later they said it was there, again when i drove all the way there, they said it was not. 11 days later it came and it was the wrong part. the next day i went to another zone for auto parts and it was deliverd the next day fed ex and it was the right piece. id shop around if your going to be doing special orders.

you buy a battery from pep boys and they charge you $8 for a core charge. they tell you to bring in the battery for the $8. I wrote a check for the battery, came back the next day for the $8 refund but the manager says i have to wait 10 days for the check to clear. i have never had this problem anywhere else. they have a check clearing system that ok's the check but cant give you back the $8 they charged you for it for almost 2 weeks. they don't tell you when purchasing the battery by check that you have to wait 10 days for the core refund. the help is rude most of the time and could care less if they help you or not. STAY AWAY!

They have fast service, and they are open reasonable hours. They are open until at least 9 o clock in the evening. My parents used to go herew a lot, so thats why I remember.

This auto repair store is always open late nights, so no matter what time your car breaks down, they should have someone to help. Prices are good, and they are friendly. But come early because of the long lines.

I'm not much for shopping for auto parts but when my headlight went out I popped into Pep Boys and fast answers about what I needed. I had the bulb in had in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way.
