I kid you not - the owner kept me on the phone for 15 minutes straight and read me, basically, her contract over the phone without allowing me to interrupt. When I tried to get off the phone after 15 minutes of just being quiet she got irate. She has VERY SPECIFIC requirements that are far beyond what any boarding facility should require; she asks that your animal be on specific brands and have serial numbers for medicines and she wants cash up front. This facility is in a less than desirable area and the place itself seems rathe shady too. Definitely stay away.
