We bought our bedroom furniture from the one in anaheim and had a great experience but they were very pushy bout wanting us to get a loan.We just told them no and kept telling them no,we paid in cash and did there layaway program and everything went smoothly.From the comment below looks like I made the right choice just to pay in cash.

terrible customer service, always looking out for themselves,never for the customer.It should be the other way around. I wonder how this place stays in business. they are rude. unprofessionally,and stupid. I'm talking about the ones that suppose to be in charge.

Do not shop here!! The worst customer service experience I've ever had! They are just interested in making sales, then they're worse than strangers to you!! If you try phoning or e-mailing for customer service, you get no help, and e-mails are returned to you as undeliverable. There are so many better places to shop, I'm surprised this one is still in business.

I went into Daniels looking for a TV set when I walked into the store first thing they said was "Hola".... What the heck is Hola???? They were rattling off in Spanish I had NO idea what they were saying do they naturally assume that everyone speaks and understands "Spanish"? I found that to be offensive! I said "What the heck are you saying you know we do live in the United States or did the boundaries change and we are now in Northmen Mexico?" Talk about feeling out of place, to my understanding I thought I lived in the United States don't we ALL speak English here... Evidentally not when it comes to shopping at Daniel's Mega Home Center it is strictly MEXICAN!

my wife and I had a bad experience at sears buying a washer dryer combo, so we visited this store Daniel's in chino. I think the store is new (hadn't seen it) anyway this place is nice real big selection we got the washer dryer we wanted and on credit.

I have had my acct with them for the last 12 months. They will harras you 5 times a day if you are late on payments. I spent $6,000 there and the last 2 months of my contract, I was behind and they sent someone to MY effing home!!! Are you kidding me?!?! Over $400.00!!! The microwave I purchased included in my contract did not work properly once I received it, so I called and returned the microwave...it was as if I were inconveniencing THEM!!! Because of the horrid customer service I received that day, I just wanted my $150 refund for the microwave, only to be told, I couldn't because it was already written into the contract. I was LIVID!! The manager told me I had to buy something of equal or higher value and pay the difference if the item was worth more than the microwave. I thought, what kind of service is this?!?! I swore from that day forward that I would get through my contract and NEVER go back and make it a point to share my DISGUSTING experience with EVERYONE I know. Not only that, they threatened my 10-year-old daughter that they would come to our house and take the merchandise if I didn't make a payment. Who in the hell does that?!?! Apparently, Daniel's! Word of mouth is a powerful advertising tool. And by the way, their finance department is so unprofessional but what do you expect...look around! My instincts told me not to do business with them and I didn't listen. Paid a high price for it! DO NOT SHOP HERE! You will regret it and/or your merchandise will fall apart!! PASS IT ON!!

ken S. Is such a liar, it baffles me. The customer service is garbage. The prices are WAAAAAAAAY over priced and the furniture isn't all that great. i honestly think that if i were to buy something there... I'd be getting ripped off! seriously.

They lie to there customers and the Store manager is very unprofessional, rude, and doesn't care about his store or customers. The whole staff doesn't know how to deal with customers and there request. When there was a problem the Store Manager went to hide in the back and even when the police were called he still didn't come out. I will never shop there again!! EVER IN MY LIFE!!! I would not recommend anyone to shop there.

Late on a payment...beware Daniels credit department will send someone to your front door to intimidate you in collecting payment. I Was late 15 days plus owed $30 from a prev. payment and they sent someone to my door. Left a message on my phone while I was out telling me there was a credit collector standing at my front door & I needed to open up. First of all I was not home, secondly dont know if I would want to answer door..what was he going to do break my legs, threaten me, take my dog, what extent would he go to to get payment?? It is just unreal to me that a large department store would send out henchmen to collect debt. I WILL NEVER BY FROM DANIELS AGAIN!!

My single experience with Mega Daniels was a complete waste of time. I will never go back to that store, and I recommend that you stay away as well. I phoned ahead to confirm availability of a hard-to-find item a few days before Christmas. They said they had the item in stock. I said I would be driving a long distance to pick up the item, and I asked them to put the item on hold for me. They said there was no need as they had plenty in stock. When I arrived at the store after a 1 hour drive in the rain, I was told that they were out of the item. Then they promptly said "but we have this alternative item instead..." What dirtbags. Totally unscrupulous bait-and-switch tactics. They deliberatly lied to me. Don't ever go to this store unless you like doing business with slimeballs.

I've been to my share of furniture stores. I know live in the furniture capital of the world, High Point NC. If Daniels Furniture opened a store here they would be shut down immediatly. The store is huge but their sales teams, customer service staff and credit department are filled with the most unethical 'service' people I've ever had to encounter in all my years as a consumer. After putting up with them for many years I finally walked out of the store in mid purchase. I was fed up walking in there and watching them treat the people that have made them successful so badly. It's been at least 3 years since I made my last purchase with them. When I went to the payment with window to make my final payment I cannot tell you how happy I was to finally be done with them for good. I was so happy I didn't even let the rude girl behind the counter get under my skin. Don't shop there! I'm sure you'll all figure that out as soon as you walk in though.

Mi opinion es que esta muy bien pero cobran demaciado en todos los cargos por financiamiento y abeces las personas con falta de credito o otras rasones compran sin saber que al final tendran que pagar demaciado pero en la variedad y el trato que te dan esta bien.

The credit dept is VERY unprofessional and violated every consumer protection law there is; they harrassed me at work by calling me 15 times consecutively, took unauthorized payments from my checking account, threated to sue me and placed negative ratings on my credit report for a balance that I was told would be added to my new balance.

What else do they have? Besides everything for your home... they have the BEST SERVICE ever! The BEST STAFF Ever and Best Prices! but I'm not going to eBay for my television or appliances... The store, by the recommendation of a friend, is immaculate and quite the "home accessories" store because they have items there that you cannot find anywhere else!

I learn the existent of Daniels Home Center from an ad that came with the mail. They were having a huge clearance sale. So I deiced to drop the next day after work. The store is huge. They have allots of appliance at very good price; cheaper then sear or Best buy. I got a air conditioner for $59; the unit is great, it will keep me cool in the summer.

THEY RUN YOUR CREDIT WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION- THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. IF THEY DON'T GET A SALE, THEY TREAT YOU LIKE SOMETHING STUCK ON THE BOTTOM OF THEIR SHOE . THEY'RE RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL. THEY LIE TO YOU, JUST TO GET YOU INTO A SALE AND WHEN YOU CHALLENGE WHAT THEY'RE SAYING CAUSE YOU KNOW BETTER THAN WHAT THEY'RE TELLING YOU. This store is huge! They have lots of sofas to choose from, but don't worry about feeling overwhelmed because this store has one of the best trained staff out there.
From my shopping experience, I highly recommend Daniel's Home Center.
