I once went it in there to buy door light. I went in there and just picked one, not knowing that it goes by the model of the car. The person at the counter asked if this was the right one for my car and I said "isn't it same for all the cars". He then asked the make and model of my car and searched the light for. I was very happy with the customer service and since this was my first experience in the store, it left a good impression on me.
