.

My girlfriend and I visited this joint after passing it numerous times on the way to the Valley Fair Mall. Many times we saw old-school hot rods parked out front which led us to believe this might be some sort of cool little retro burger joint.

We were so wrong. I ordered a plain cheeseburger, my girlfriend had the chicken nuggets. I'm half-joking when I say this place must be a drug front because the food was embarrasingly horrid and I can't imagine how they've remained in business. I'm not one given over to hyperbole, but this seriously, it was bad.

My burger instantly gave me melancholy memories of my junior high cafeteria and the similiar wet/steamy burger that was placed in front of me. You know what I'm talking about, that sort of rubbery, greyish colored meat you used to get served in school.

My girlfriend's chicken nuggets were no different. I could have went to the Grocery Outlet and got better off-brand nuggets. They were not crunchy or crisp, but rather soggy-wet like they had been defrosted and microwaved.

Needless to say, we literally laughed and swore to eachother that we would never come back.

Think I'm lying?
