Moon Nail

I don't know what standards the previous reviewers are going by, but my experience here was horrible. I relied on these reviews to make my decision to come here and was disappointed. My tech was 20 minutes late for my appointment, got me started, then left (I think to eat!) and made me wait another 15 minutes. She didn't tell me she was going to leave me waiting for so long, she just left. Meanwhile, it was 100 degrees outside and there was no A/C or ventilation inside and the fumes were ridiculously strong. It is the size of a shoebox and dusty and dirty. The tech put a drill tip that she used on me in a jar labeled "clean instruments." There was a giant cockroach in the bathroom and to top it all off, they charged me 50% more than I was quoted on the phone to "file" my nails. I think they see someone nicely dressed with jewelry and try to charge more. Either that or they don't like Mexican people. After one day, my nails were lifting and one broke off. After one week, it looked like a nightmare and she filed my nails so thin they are like paper. I only went out of desperation as my regular girl had a family emergency. No one was friendly. No one greeted me when I came in or left. Everyone looked stressed out and tired. No one apologized for making me wait. Needless to say, I will never go back. I have waited a couple of months before posting this to be able to post a rational review but I am as upset today about the service here as I was the day of.

I have been going to Moon Nails since they opened 19 years ago. The prices are reasonable, the service is great, the girls are friendly, and the salon has always been clean. I have referred many of friends to them as well as some of my family members and will continue to do so. Each visit has been a relaxing enjoyable experience.

I've been a patron of Moon Nails for over 10 years... The cost seems adequate for the product and service. I have taken my friends there without hesitation and will continue to do so.

I love the new MOON NAILS LOOK now. The ladies here are always smiling and friendly. They are very clean as well. You can use your own personal utensils for your services and store them there. My 3 year old and I love coming here to get our nails done. They paint cute designs on. I always feel comfortable & relaxing with the new look and feel there.

I was new to the area, and I needed to get my nails done desperately. I went and eveything was great. The service was wonderful, the people were so friendly and sweet, and when all was done my nails looked spectacular. As well as that the massages are heaven on earth.

I love the new look and feel at Moon Nails shop now, it makes me very relaxed when I get my pedicure service. All girls there are very nice, doing great jobs on my manicure and pedicure. I would highly recommend you all to come, see and try it. Pete

It is hard to understand the ladies there at times but they mean well. At times they can be a little hard on the nails and forget to be gentle but all in all the do a good job and are fairly priced.

PROS:
CONS: Sometimes they're too rough with your nails

Moon Nail has very nice women working who do a great job. They have very reasonable prices and always are very friendly. The offer manicures and pedicures, massages, and waxing serives. I would highly recommend Moon Nail.
