Just a brief note to say I recently attended an informative education seminar held for Board members by Ross Morgan. It was most enjoyable and enlightening. Even though I try to keep up with changes in Davis-Stirling and more, there is always something to learn. Ross Morgan runs a class act by keeping all 'in the loop', which is a rare trait these days. We are fortunate to have Ross Morgan as our management company.

I write this review to express know how happy we are with Andrew, our representative to our Ass'n and the work of Ross Morgan!
Andrew is a tireless worker who know his stuff and is a tremendous asset to our organization. Most all of our homeowners "adore" and respect him, which I'm sure you realize is not easily accomplished.
He gets along well with the Board and with the Vendors.
Suffice it to say, he knows his job, does it well, never complains and has a great personality to boot.
It has been a great experience working with Ross Morgan!

We are coming to the end of our terms on the HOA board for Angelica Townhomes Inc.
I just want to extend a special note of thanks to Ross Morgan for their time, help, and skill in helping our HOA make decisions that are both fair and legally correct according to our governing documents.
Their knowledge combined with detailed way of problem solving gives us comfort in knowing that we are making the best decisions possible. The time that they give us is very appreciated. We are continually amazed by their enthusiastic and helpful hands on approach.
Directing the runnings of an HOA can from time to time, be very complex, at best. It is wonderful to have a manager like Lisa, who does her job with such passion.
A special note of thanks also goes to Diane Hilliard for the help and guidance that she gave us this past year regarding the earthquake balloting.

We have recently switched to Ross Morgan. The residents of our community of 110 homes are very happy with the level of service they are providing. Our issues are not being dropped and follow through has been great! The meetings are much more efficient which allows all of us to make the most of our time. We don't sit around asking if this or that is done. There is an update and our focus can be on important business. It's fantastic to have a compay we can trust! What an difference from our prior experience!!
Pros: A welcomed change
I would not recommend using Ross Morgan & Company. The employees lack customer service skills and the accounts receivable department can't keep the billings straight. One month they will send me a letter stating I am not eligible for automatic payment, so I will send in a check and then, of course, they automatically debit my account again. Then when you contact them to get everything settled, it wil take months, during which nothing will be done and you will be treated like you aren't the one paying them for their services to begin with.
