First of all, I believe this place is now called "X-Cell Hair Cuts" but it still has the same $9 deal for cutting men's hair.

They did exactly what I asked, "high and tight" with a fade. The lady cutting my hair checked with me throughout the process, even though she was a little shy. I've been paying more than twice this much at other places for the exact same cut.

Nice people in the shop. Looks like a family business. I'll definitely be returning. At $9 it's a very good deal.

Friendly staff. Cheap cuts. Great styles offered. Lots of parking. Never saw any crowds. lots of restaurants, gas stations, grocery shops around them.

PROS: everyone licensed.
