Rose & Crown British Rstrnt

My family and I visited the Rose & Crown on a lazy Sunday afternoon. To our delight to food was delicious! The Bridie, Bangers, Steak & Kidney Pie, as well as the fish and chips were extremely tasty! We all loved the Scottish egg, it was to die for!!! The beer selection was quite nice as well! All around a great place. The owner was a friendly chap and was quite welcoming and hospitable! We will definitely return again.

Hubby and I were craving good fish and chips having recently relocated here. Liked the place. Quaint and personable. Good food.Decent pricing. The fish was quite good but the "chips" were your average run of the mill frozen fries...they were a disappointment from what we had been used to. We were used to The Old Bag of Nails Pub in Columbus OH. Huge portions and fab fish and fries. I do wish they would do better with the fries here. If they did that it would be fabulous for fish and chips!

This Pub has a good selection of very well kept beers and wines. Good British grub served in a friendly family style restaurant. Also a Bar area that has a nice privacy wall
to separate it slightly from the dining area, so you can have the best of both worlds.
A good mix of customers Brits and Yanks keep the conversation lively and interesting.
Some sports soccer games, NFL and College football basketball baseball
Good atmosphere and Staff make this place worth a visit

Bulldogs British Pub & Grub has British pub atmosphere and serves classic British dishes like bangers (sausage) and of course fish and chips. Parking is really easy since the restaurant is located in the 99cent only Store center. You can even play a game of darts while you're waiting for your meal!
