Pampered Birds

Knowing very little about parrots but wanted one as a pet, we went to Pampered Birds and got a Sun Conure and all of the necessary things needed to house and care for our new pet. The total experience could not have been better!! Lourdes and her staff are top notch knowledgeable professionals who genuinely care about you and your bird. The shop has a inventory and toys, cages, perches, food...etc next to none not to mention to being absolutely immaculate. The owner and staff are never too busy to answer question and provide expert advice. We find it quite refreshing in this day and age to be able to obtain such professional individual service. We highly recommend this Pampered Birds!!

I can't get enough of this store. Its Fabulous. I been there a few times and the energy is so loving and so positive. Maybe these people should run the LA Zoo. They might turn it around.

i have been looking for this kind of store all my life. I bought a parrotlet here last week. I'm in love. The guy that helped me, Rudy is a real expert. His english is a bit hit and miss but boy, does he know his stuff. I had over thirty parrotlets to choose from. Thank God for these kind of stores. Love you . Emily

It is truly the best bird store I have ever seen anywhere, and I've been to a lot of them. They have the largest
variety of birds and toys and then lets talk about the prices! If you check out the prices at Petco and then go to
Pampered Birds you will be shocked at the difference in prices. The money you save on the price of the bird you can actually buy a cage with it. And the owner, Lourdes, she is so friendly and knowledgeable she makes
you feel right at home with her rescued birds terry the toucan and chili the macaw. So all I can say is go
there it's awesome.

this is the cleanest friendliest store in the city. They know everything about my birds, and they will share the info with anyone who asks. The prices are the best in town. They specialize in baby birds, and boy are there babies. Ask for the owner, she's a gem. The selection is out of this world. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. My bird love to get groomed there, which is a miracle.

I have been in here a few times and it is very impressive. They have everything you could want for your pet bird. I couldnt believe all of the supplies and toys they had. Your bird would love it if you bought them stuff from here. They are very smart and helpful when you have bird related questions.
