Nam Vang Restaurant is alright

This restaurant was one of the best in San Jose but now since everyone is opening the same dishes that they have, their quality went down...not recommend if you are taking someone out on a date.

traditional soups

This place isn't fancy nor presentable. However, they have one of the best hu tieu or mi soup you can find. I would recommend anything on their menu. Usually packed on the weekends.
