I began with a.e.s. In 2003. The very first placement, a hard-to-fill
temp-to-perm position with Rolex of Northern CA turned into a great
five-year experience that only ended when the owner retired.

Despite the downturn in the economy, a.e.s. has kept me busy with
temp jobs. They really do go out of their way to make sure that
client and employee retention remains at or close to 100%.

The a.e.s determination at placement, job satisfaction, and quality
of staffing goes beyond that percentage by miles.
Miles of smiles is what one will experience with this agency, along
with buckets of bucks... I have referred friends, acquaintances, and
others looking for work to them, and have always heard only good
reviews in return.

For better than a decade, a.e.s. has stood head and shoulders above
other agencies that I've had dealings with... they know the
San Francisco business market, and I highly recommend them!

When I was working as an intern for a.e.s. Advanced Employment Services I had a first-hand experience of their very client- and candidate-oriented work attitude. In everything they do they put their whole experience, knowledge and energy. Thus I witnessed only ideal matches as the result of their work. If you are looking for a reliable partner and like to work with competent and friendly professionals I strongly recommend a.e.s..

These people did an ok job. I went to them when I was looking for some temp employment. The staff there was helpful and friendly and genuinly tried to help me find something I was interested in. They sent me out on a few interviews, but nothing really came of those interviews. Ultimately I didn't think they'd really be able to help me find the job I was looking for so I went through another agency- but they did try and were nice and I feel like they could definitely help some people.
