Honda-Bob's Auto Svc

These guys are the best,we have taken our Volvos to alot of shops in the bay area and the sevice we got at Bobs was the best,we have been taking our cars there for 2 years and we still love Bobs.
There honest and take the time to answer all your questions,dont bother taking your car anywhere else.

I am always hesitant to go to a shop that I have never been to, because you always hear all the horror stories. From the get go Sean ,and Chris were funny and we joked about the explanations I was trying to make i.e. the car makes this grrring noise, and clunkity, clunk noise, the owners are there and are very nice people not to mention they were cool with my dog, most shops are like get that thing out of here. They gave me a ride to my house which was a few blocks away, and offered to pick me up. My car had not been serviced in quite awhile. They offered to give it a safety check for free which was cool. Chris called me to go over the repairs. He informed me of the important things and also what I could wait on. Very cool because he didnt try to force it on me, and let me know that I could do it as my budget allowed. I authorized some of the work and they told me they could have it done in a few hours. Well I ate lunch worked some at home and a there a couple hours later the phone rang and the car was done. I walked over because it was a beautiful day. When I got there they had the car ready and helped me as soon as I walked in the door. Melissa the owner had some bones for my dog and she was fun to talk to. I picked up the car and it has been running perfect ever since. Awesome place will go here from now on.

I should know,my 1999 volvo s-80 has been to alot of them,Bobs fixed a problem that 3 other garages including the dealer(mc kevitt)could not fix,they even did it in one day.Iwill continue to bring all my cars to bobs from now on
we have a toyota too.
