Warehouse Discount Ctr

I will NEVER order from Warehouse Discount Ctr ever again. Took weeks to recieve refrigerator after we bought it. Free Delivery meant dropping the fridge off in driveway. Terrible service!!!!

Purchased via www.wdcappliances.com. The service was excellent and they had the lowest prices. It took a little longer than I would have liked to receive the products. I guess 1 week is not too bad being I live in another state.

purchased a refrigerator online because of the low price. received a call confirming my order within minutes. they have good prices and good service. refrigerator arrived to my home in New York in less than a week.

After comparing prices everywhere online, I found they had the best prices. Although I know I could have purchased online, I decided to go into the Oxnard store. The showroom was beautiful and the service was excellent. I just had my brand new kitchenaid kitchen delivered and could not be happier.

I recently purchased an entire kitchen from Warehouse Discount Center in Agoura Hills. The staff was amazing! I dealt with a gentleman named Marty and I could not believe how much he knew about appliances. Customer Service was excellent and the delivery was smooth as silk. I will buy again and will refer everyone I know that needs appliances!

We just heard from them today that our $3800.00 stove , which has been paid in full and was to be delivered 10/7/08 will not arrive for 5- 6 weeks . Too bad we didnt visit this site before putting our money down . Will update result later .

We purchased a fridge from WDC. That was over 2 months ago!!!! We still DO NOT have it and no sight of getting it! Every time WE follow up, not the store they put the blame on the fridge manufacturer!!! We have NEVER been contacted to tell us any info. They have returned a few calls, but not often. We have been told different dates repeatedly for receiving our fridge, just to find out that the fridge still isn't in or even made yet!!! Rueben seems to try and be helpful, but somehow nothing ever gets resolved. We are just waiting until he's in tomorrow to FINALLY put an end to this madness and cancel our order!!!

I purchased a sink from WDC and gave them my credit card authrorization. I also requested a quote for some kitchen appliances but never signed a contract. I was shocked to see on my credit card statement not only the charges for the sink but also charges for over $11,000.00 for the other appliances I never ordered!
I spoke with Terry the store manager and he promised to reverse the charges but to date it has not happened. I have been advised by law enforcement to file criminal charges. This whole ordeal is very stressful and unnecessary. I just want it resolved immediately!

I recently visited the new Moorpark location right off the 23 and 118 and I was helped by the nicest sales people that I have ever encountered. I was looking for the new Electrolux appliances and I have been to a couple of the other retailers and they knew nothing about this product. But when I walked into the Moorpark store I was helped by a sales man named Scott and he knew alot about Electrolux appliances. He helped me pick out an entire kitchen full of appliances. I had some specific questions about there oven and Scott was able to find out what I needed right away. I suggest everyone go to this store because they will help you in a low pressure sales atmosphere. A pleasure to work with. Thank you warehouse discount Center...

This place is a bit deceiving from the outside. First of all, it is located in El Rio, which is kind of a "rundown" area. I knew they sold appliances (the sign says so) but I figured that they would be somewhat of a discount/scratch and dent store. I was shocked to find that not only do they carry all of the major name brands like Whirlpool, Maytag, Frigidaire etc., but they also carry the really high end stuff like Viking, Thermador, and Dacor! Some of the stuff they sell I have only ever seen on the cooking channel, anyway, all I needed at the time was a washer/dryer. I found that they have pretty good prices and offer next day delivery. I bought a Whirlpool Washer and Dryer, got them delivered next day, and the delivery/install people were quick and very nice! I will go back there in the future if I ever need anything.

I had the same experience in Agoura...I'll never go back there again. Manager was rude and unresponsive to complaints of any nature...they do not stand behind their products.

After a long journey of picking out appliances, shopping for prices, and talking to a dozen salespeople, my wife and I are elated to have found this place! We were halfway through remodeling our kitchen and two bathrooms and were up to our necks in options. We had already been shopping at the run of the mill home improvement stores and frankly had become fed up with average service and know-nothing salespeople. To their credit, I actually feel sorry for these salespeople because most of them have to specialize in paint/lumber/plumbing/power tools etc. Nonetheless, nobody ever seemed to have the answers we were looking for. Needless to say we expected the same caliber of service from this company, and couldn't have been more wrong about them! We actually dealt with several sales people there and cannot say that I was dissappointed with one of them. By the time I had made it to WDC we had more or less made up my mind on what to purchase and had compared prices between several retailers. Let me say that we was pleasantly surprised by not only their expanded selection, but their prices were, in some cases, SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS LESS than the lowest that we had already been quoted! I reselected several appliances and was able to set up a delivery several weeks in advance. The store manager Ruben even introduced himself before we had left (a tradition that seems to be going out of style.). All in all, we weren't spending a fortune on high ticket items like Viking or Monogram, but I feel like we were treated with respect and that they earnestly wanted our business. I recommend these people to friends and family whenever I have the chance. 1.Great Service 2.Knowledgeable Salespeople 3.Excellent Prices 4.A Wonderful Experience....thank you WDC!!!

I ordered stove and dishwasher from the store, when the sales rep told that they are getting shippment in 3 days for the stove. These 3 days became 2.5 weeks. These guys never return calls. You call and leave a message and nobody calls you. I had to call many times. Horrible customer service.

I would never ever buy from this store again PERIOD. I do not care how much cheaper they are comparing to others. They are liars.

A friend of mine had the same experience with the new one just opened in Moorpark. It seems that this store chain enjoy bad customer service and lying to customers. What a shame!!

Kept delaying our washer & dryer. Promise after promise. They cashed our check no problem, but we don't have a washer & dryer. After 2 promised dates without even a phone call to tell us they are not coming. We did all the follow up and we made all the phone calls to find out they didn't even know about a delivery to us. Great prices. But what are great prices if they never deliver the product?

This place sells stoves, refrigerators, washers & dryers, etc. Their prices are very reasonable & the sales people are pretty knowledgable & helpful. They may be the least expensive appliance place around. They also have good hours. They have no control over whether or not an itme is on back-order, but they are a bit disorganized in calling people to tell them when the truck is to arrive. The installers will connect the washers/dryers for an extra cash fee of $20. They also have some cool 1950's style kitchen appliances that they told me are used for TV/movie sets. Nice colors for those.
