Since new ownership has taken over they have really cleaned up and updated the restaurant. On a sunny afternoon you can't find a better location to people watch then outside under the shade umbrellas at Rafas.</p> <p>My personal favorite aside from their burritos and quesadillas is their very generous portion of nachos. Shared between two to three people as an appetizer or as a filling dish for one on your own you'll find it hard to find any faults on this dish.</p> <p>The food is served quickly yet fresh.
