TLC Nails lives up to their name. They really pamper you here!! They also do one of the best eyebrow waxes around. The pedicure comes with a mid-length foot and calf massage (it can never be long enough for me). The staff is friendly and I come out feeling like a new woman. I recommend them to all!!
