Kothuri Lalitha N Dds - Sunnyvale Dentist

I have been a patient of Sunnyvale Dentist for over 4 years. Dr. Kothuri pushes preventive care to the nth degree. Since I have been going to Dr. Kothuri, my teeth have never been healthier nor have they looked better and I have not had any cosmetic work performed with the exception of bleaching. She is very conservative which is a huge plus for me and Dr. listens. Her staff could not be nicer or more competent. I have NEVER had an issue with insurance and her treatment.

Dr. Kothuri is the best dentist I ever had. I am a new patient and I am scared of dentists and the drill. Her chair side manner is gentle and calming. She laid out a COMPLETE plan for ALL my dental needs and her staff took care of all my insurance needs. No money pressure. I have never been more confident about my smile

Dr. Kothuri and the entire staff are always professional and considerate to the patient. The dental care given is of high quality and the results are good. We can say this because whenever we have encountered dental problems our discomfort has been addressed promptly and the problem addressed correctly. The periodic reminders from Dr. Kothuri also prove to be helpful to the patient's dental health.

Dr. Kothuri has been my dentist for the past 6 years. She has always done excellent work. She put one bridge which looks very natural and has held up quite well. On one occasion, when I was in a great deal of pain due to a needed root canal, she came into her office on her day off to treat me. She is an extremely skilled and conscientious dentist.

I have impacted permanent maxillary cuspids and I recently lost one of my primary cuspids. Dr. Kothuri constructed a beautiful bridge consisting of two crowns and a pontic (false tooth). It is impossible to tell that I am missing the cuspid as the pontic fits beautifully against he gum and the color match is perfect. Dr. Kothuri also made veners for my lateral incisors and primary cuspid which corrected a rotated, deformed tooth and made a baby tooth look like a permanent one. All of ther work looks wonderful and has given me a prettier smile. She is very gentle and caring with her patients. She is able to giver anesthesia painlessly. I highly recommend her!!

I fear visiting a dentist. I recently had to have my first filling at 42. I was concerned. The process was about a thousand times more pleasant than I ever expected. I give Dr. Kothuri credit for that. She was patient with me throughout my whining, was gentle her chairside manners was comforting. For the first time in my life, I think I could go for another visit and not be panicked for days leading up to the appointment. I highly recommed Dr. Kothuri.

I've been with Dr. Kothuri for 4 years. She is gentle, respectful and very aware of my comfort and health. She, at my request, did dental work without anesthetc which many dentists won't do. Dr. Kothuri does the most complete evaluation and treatment program I've received from any Dentist. Procedures are completed with a minimum number of visits and time. Her courtesy toward her staff is echoed by the staff's courtesy toward the patients. It is rare to find a highly qualified practitioner who can create such a warm and relaxing office culture. She is the best!

Root Canal, Crown

Absolutely the greatest dentist I have been to and that is a lot of them unfortunately. I've had tons of dental work including implants, root canals and crowns and Dr. Kothuri and her team is the best. I've been to 5 dentists in 50 years. Dr. Kothuri is very GENTLE and extremely PROFESSIONAL. The dentist knows her stuff, does the most detailed work and makes it as painless as possible. If you are at all nervous about dentists, then she is the person you should check out. Very quiet and calming with incredible chair side behavior.

Teeth whitening, general checkup
Dr. Kothuri and her staff provide excellent dental care. Everyone is so friendly and considerate. They take the time to call me after a procedure to follow-up and make sure that everything is OK. I recently referred a coworker and she was so impressed by them that she convinced her husban to switch dentists. She is the BEST dentist in Sunnyvale. I cannot imagine going to anyone else.

Dr. Kothuri is an excellent dentist. She explains the procedures and takes the time to reduce patient anxiety. She is very caring and professional toward the patient. Her work is thorough and the results speak for themselves. I have rarely had to wait more than five minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time. The office staff is friendly and helpful in scheduling or rescheduling appintment times and in handling insurance matters. I would highly recommend Dr. Kothuri for your dental needs.

Dr. Kothuri does not dictate what dental procedures or treatments you must undergo, but rather, reasons with you on the options, likely outcomes and the associated costs. Dr. Kothuri has been my dentist for a long time. She is exceptionally skilled, gentle and patient. Her staff is wonderful, always friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Kothuri is very good about educating her patients on how to take care of their teeth, so they won't need expensive dental work! I highly recommend her for anyone that understands the value of preventive care.

I used to visit this dentist before... but didnot have a very good experience. I had fillings done, and after 2 yrs she told me to do the filling of the same tooth again. Which I questioned as its supposed to last atleast few years.
Other incident I had was, She told me to do a root canal. I took a second opinion and found that there was nothing wrong with my tooth. Not even decay.

So I finally switched my dentist. I think... just trying to extract money.

I intially tried this doctor for cleaning and it went on fine but came with suggestions for a couple of cleanings and extraction of wisdom teeth. I got a little scared and thought that it was a gimic to earn more money. I consulted another dentist and the suggestions were similar. I realized that the clinic is fine and what they suggested was good for me. I later got some of my fillings done there and am fine.

i had gum bleeding problem for a very long time.....i have taken few treatments but nothing worked ....once i visited sunnyvale dentist and took a treatment .....after a couple of weeks i could see the difference...gum bleeding stopped after taking a treatment from him....i felt worth for the money i paid...he did it very well....a well experiensed person....
