Tova Yaron Day Spa & Salon

I've been going to Tova's regularly for 3 years now. I usually get facials with Tova--she's the best, but I've also gotten massages there and have given gift cards to friends.
I love going there..it is heaven on earth and has a very European feel to it. My skin is beautiful--thank you Tova!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!!

I brought my 7 year old daughter here for a haircut. She is excellent when it comes to haircuts. She may move slightly but definitely tries not to. Well the Man doing her haircut was VERY ROUGH with her. I was watching for about 5 minutes while sitting about a foot away I picked up a magazine and started reading. I glanced up later and seen him PUSHING MY DAUGHTERS HEAD down HARD. I was horrified and so was my daughter. I told him "EXCUSE ME SHE IS A CHILD YOU NEED TO BE GENTLE WITH HER". I was very upset. I asked the receptionist to have the manager call me. She called a week later and left a message on my home number when I was at work. I called her back and never received a return call from her. My daughter is now afraid to get her hair cut and said he kept being rough with her when I wasn't looking. I AM SO UPSET that it has affected my daughter! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS to TOVA YARON IN WESTGATE SHOPPING MALL!!!

The spa is in a good location, with parking available.
I have been a few other salons, and this one isnt the best.
The service was just okay,but the staff were friendly enough.
The only great thing about this place was Linda! She is gentle, and tries to make your experience there as comfortable as possible.
PROS: location
CONS: expensive, and not worth it.
