I am very pleased with EGL Properties. Recently, I had an incident to where my plumbing backed up into my unit. I am an elderly tenant.
Within minutes, Mabel Salcedo responded and had a full maintenance crew in my home cleaning up the mess! The EGL team to me is #1 !

Hi all, just want to tell you that I love this company. I have been working with EGL Properties the past two years and they are doing great job. I'm a client of EGL Properties and am very happy with their services. I inherited my aunt's house in Hollywood and didn't know what to do since I work long hours and knew I didn't have the time. They were great - helped me find painters and other contractors to fix it up. I know I saved a lot of money, because I compared against Home Depot and they were much cheaper. They found great tenants who've never given any trouble. I drive by the house sometimes and the place looks great. I've recommended EGL properties to my clients and friends, and they're very happy with them.
