Good prices/selection, nice oddball tech items we all MAY NEED at times, good staff... I seem to be able to find them. See below

Regarding: the ONE negative comment below... "they dont always have the best deals." - Who DOES! ... "they are really far and they have a bad location." FOR WHO (you)? ... "their staff dont know a darn thing and they can never help you with anything." - "It's a poor archer that blames the bow."

I have to say that over the past 3 years I have been going to Best Deal Computer to buy any repair parts for my customers, they always have what I am looking for and I always check their website for pricing, and so far they have not dissapointed me, most of the time they have the lowest prices.

I never go anywhere else before checking with Best Deal Computer, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable that even a person that knows nothing about computer repair will appreciate the help that Best Deal will offer them.

This is a place to go to people!!! I disagree with the negative comments because I found myself some good deals on computers. The employees really know what they're talking about.

Pay no attention to BOZO Andrew H. This place rocks!! Frendly staff quick. Just have all your questions in order when you go in. If you don't know anything about computers they will help you.

I strongly disagree with the negative reviews. Over at least 6 years, I've had nothing but excellent service and value from this store. Yes, Chula Vista is a bit out of the way from most of San Diego, but how out of the way are India and China when you need technical support from somebody like HP?

The last thing these guys did for me was to replace a power supply and install removable disk drives in an existing custom system made by someone else. They expertly navigated through several problems and did the whole thing economically while I waited. Try to get a megastore like Fry's or CompUSA to do that.

The only problems I ever encountered at Best Deal are rarely a language issue (easily fixed by asking someone else there) and their web site is not well maintained.

Other than those, I heartily recommend them and may they be around SD a long time!

I purchased my computer here 1 year ago for really good price, they set it up just like I wanted. When it developed software problems, I took it back for reformat & new software. I dropped it off at 11am & picked it up at 4pm for a good price. Great service!

Best Deal Computers stays true to its name. Being a smaller business, they can offer low pricing that benefits the shoppers. The store isn't too flashy and is a little slow at getting your items, but for the price, it is well worth the time. This is the type of store that computer enthusiasts will enjoy, because mods and other computer items that are hard to find can be found here.
