We ordered a few thousand dollars worth of tables, chairs and home items and were told they would be in later the same week and delivered to our new house. Instead three weeks went by and calls to the assistant manager, numerous staff at the Pasadena store produced only "uh, it should be in next Tuesday or Friday."
Spoke with the manager yesterday who tried to push us off on an employee again - I had to ask to speak with the manager again, who then informed me that our order had never even been placed due to an inventory quirk in the system.

So we waited three weeks for no reason and not one of five employees could be competent enough to actually check our order and solve the problem or be responsible to follow through when we called.

You can find all kinds of furniture to candles to everything that will make your home beautiful. Pier 1 sometimes give 10% off to anyone with a valid college ID. The prices range from affordable to a little pricey depending on what you're purchasing.

You can always find something fun at Pier 1 Imports. They have great deals and if you catch a sale, you'll make out well. They usually have a big one around the holidays. You'd be sure to knock a few people off your list in this store alone. They're great with seasonal items as well. I enjoy shopping here because they have stuff that you don't see everywhere else and it's the little things that can really spice up your place.

At Pier 1 I buy all my house warming gifts. You can find so many wonderful home decor items. There is so many wonderful stuff here for bath, bed and even furniture. You can find beautiful home accents here like vases and wreaths. The employees here are really wonderful.

Pier I is a good place to buy home and decor items that are stylish and affordable. They have lots of updated decor items... pillows, mirrors, furniture, flatware, etc. Sometimes the quality can be a bit low, but I have generally been satisfied with everything I have gotten there. They also have good sales and lots and lots of candles. This is a great place to pick up a gift for a housewarming.

I have just recently come to appreciate Pier 1. It is a great place to find all those fun things for your house that you don't want to spend a ton of money on. It's also great for gifts at a reasonable price. This store is a really nice one and located near other places that you will want to visit as well. The service is great and I love just walking around to see what they have.

This is a great store conveniently located amidst lots of shops on S. Lake Avenue. The store often had great sales, especially around the holidays. I prefer to shop here for home decor items like candles and candle holders. It's a great place to find gifts at a decent price. The store also has some fun furniture, lamps, and kitchen items like glasses, plates, placemats, etc. It's a fun store to peruse and get some decorating ideas.

This is a great place to find unique gifts and kitchen accesories. They have great placemats and napkins and cheap glassware. Everything from margarita glasses to martini glasses. Watch for the candles to go on sale - usually 20% off. They have creative seasonal items - especially for Christmas.
