Chaya is a beautiful place. You can have a wonderful meal in a great location with a nice view of the bay bridge. They have a very nice wine list and every item that we tired was very good. This is the perfect place for a romantic date or for a girls night out.

Had dinner at Chaya with a large group of friends/ co-workers from Australia. Big groups can be tricky but they really did a good job- food was great and service was excellent. We were all big drinkers at that table and the drinks kept on coming...No waitiing for the next round!

The food here is ridiculously expensive and in tiny portions, and if you are looking to eat an Asian cuisine, you need to turn the other way. The taste of the food was decent, but not worth the price. A cute restaurant though, and still a great experience to go on a date. But don't plan on getting full unless you plan on breaking your wallet! After I went to this place I did see it on the show "keeping up with the kardashians," which I thought was funny. But not worth the hype.

Chaya Brasserie has a great location near the waterfront and is a popular happy hour/after-work destination. The crowd is mostly professionals but they range in age. Decent California/Asian fusion food, average service.
