When I stay at a brand named hotel, I expect it to have some standards. This hotel seemed to not care. We had no light in bathroom, leaking air conditioner that soaked floor, a deadbolt that had obviously been broken off previously and poorly repaired, cigarette burn marks on refrigerator (non-smoking room) and burn mark on microwave, at least two gfi outlets that had burn marks. Uneven step up to our room, no elevator to the section we were in, and garbage left lying around near dumpster which was unfortunately just below one of our windows. There was very loud street noise. There was no functioning water stopper in bath so we had to all do showers. Giving a 14 month old a shower is challenging and dangerous.
The continental breakfast was a joke. Store bought danish, powdered instant coffee packs, no real juice just "sunny delight" which I refuse to give to my kids because it's just flavored syrup and nothing else. No cereals, nothing. We never got a light in our bathroom. How does housekeeping clean in there? We had to turn on all the light in the room to see. We couldn't close door for privacy while taking shower. I seriously doubt if I will ever use Hotwire again if this is the quality of hotels they're going to send us to. We were spoiled on our last use with the hotel we got. We weren't expecting the same, but something much better than what we got. Stay away from this hotel!

This Days Inn is clean, convenient to shopping and to local hospitals. I stayed there 6 nights while my husband was having surgery and loved that I could walk to and from the hospital. It is family run and the staff couldn't have been more friendly, helpful, and concerned for my comfort and safety. I would definitely stay there again.

facing one of the majors stretets this Days Inn is good if you want to rest after you drove all day. I didn't like it because it didn't seem to be taht clean and at night I noticed the area is filled with weird people. There is a 7-eleven store across the street if you need to buy something.
